Northwest Face was established in 1983 in Seattle, WA and currently consists of six Physicians, three Mid-​level providers, three Aestheticians, an Audiologist and over 30 nurses, technicians and other employees.

NW Face provides an all-​inclusive service with advanced operative facilities. Our operating rooms represent the most modern and efficient examples of outpatient surgery possible. We are committed to the highest standards of safety possible. Our facilities are Medicare certified (the most rigorous standard), and all our physicians are board certified.

We are recognized leaders in the implementation of the newest and most effective techniques.

My name is Lee, and I have the pleasure of acting as the Community Relations manager for Northwest Face. I welcome you to share your experiences, both good and bad, with me and the rest of the community. We are constantly striving to recognize great service performers within our organization, and to better ourselves in areas where we may need improvement.

Although we do our best to identify problems before our clients are affected by them, and consistently improve our customer service, we have to admit: We think we’re pretty great. So again, we would like to invite all our customers to share their feedback with us and work with us to ensure we resolve problems quickly, correctly and completely.

I have been seeing Dr Voss for botox for sweat for over 6 years. She is the only one I have found that does this procedure for less than 50% than anyone else I can find. She uses less product and I am SUPER HAPPY with the results. If you find you have a problem with excessive sweat underarms call her, you will be pleased with the results. NOTE: Dr Voss seems to be the only one who is willing to do this procedure with the lesser dosage and lower price, not sure why but it works for me!

I have to say that I am very comfortable recommending NW face not only to my friends & family, but to all of you out there. Dr Allegra performed a brow lift as well as a rhinoplasty on me approx ten years ago. The out come was beautiful. I’m kind of getting to a point ten years down the road where I might look at a lower face lift. I would highly recommend him. Then as my maintenance program I have Gary Beerman, he is highly skilled at foto-​facials, a lazer procedure requiring the best of the best. It doesn’t get any better than Gary. Then there is the spa. They have a collegen blanket facial which is to die for. I know I probably sound like an info-​mercial! These guys are the best. Fallon on the front desk is also knowledgable regarding Skin Medica products which I personally believe are the best skin care products in the industry, along with GM Collins & the personal brand that NW FACE sells. Go to to these people and you will be so pleased.

The overall experience at this spa was subpar given the «swankiness» it should be. I am not sure whether my subpar experience was because I was using a coupon from LivingSocial.
Anyways, I saw LivingSocial was doing a promo, and I thought I’ll give this spa try since I haven’t been since the new ownership. I bougt the body scrub treatment and made my appointment.
After my check in, they asked me to choose the «flavor» of scrub, mask and oils. Unfortunately, the menu has no information about each of the products, just a name like «Chocolate» or «Coconut». I asked the lady who checked me in about them and she has no idea. (She said she was new…) She was friendly and nice enough and found the therapist out to explain the products to me. Unfortunately, the thereapist doesn’t seem that much more knowledgable. I ask her whether different products does different things e.g. moisturize vs toning. She said yes — but couldn’ tell me which does what. She showed me the shelf the products was put on display and just read the title out. The shelf didn’t even have all the products on their menu. I was kind of disappoined at the lack of knowledge. The only knowledgable person at the spa was the manager. She came out to talk to me briefly because this was a sugar scrub and I was diabetic and warned me about the risks. (I tested my blood sugar after the treatment — it was no problems.)
Anyways, onto the actual treatment. One word describes it — RUSHED. I felt the application of the scrub is rushed. The application of the mask on top of the wrap is also rushed. I have had MANY 60 mins treatment, and I have never felt so rushed — «Lift your leg», «Turn»…etc. After I am all wrapped up, I am suppose to get a scalped massage. That lasted maybe 5 mins. Then the thereapist left the room and I am all by myself sitting there. At least I am no longer rushed! After I rinsed off, I barely tried off and got back on my bed, the therapist came in to do the oil. Again — super fast. Before I know it, she placed my robe on me and told me that I am done.
My appointment was 3pm, I entered the room at exactly 3pm (I like to check whether the treatment was really 60 mins. Making sure we got what we paid for…) I was not surprised when all was said and done — I got out well before 4pm.
I have never felt so hurried at a spa that I am meant to relax in! Maybe it is because I used a coupon?

Very swanky spa amenities (rain shower, sauna, spacious locker room, chocolate covered strawberries), but my massage was too gentle. The therapist only bothered once to ask how the pressure was about 20 minutes in, and when I said she could definitely use more, I didn’t really notice any adjustment. She also left my right arm hanging over the side of the table for far too long and barely touched my feet. I used to work at a spa and know what terrible form both of these issues are.
When checking out, I had a coupon from the hotel room for «15% off over $ 100 of services», which the receptionist tried to tell me I couldn’t use because it was two $ 90 services. When I pointed out the specific language to her, she eventually caved and took 15% off *one* service. Not both. When the spa is part of the hotel, they should honor the hotel-​provided coupons, wouldn’t you think?

Top notch all the way around! Last year I was pregnant and went to 3 different spas before I found a great prenatal massage therapist. I have since been seeing Amber (tall brunette) and she is AMAZING! I brought 3 visiting out-​of-​town friends here (all receive fairly regular massages) and they all commented that this was one of the best massages they have ever received (apparently all of the massage therapists at Northwest Face are wonderful) and one of the most relaxing spa experiences they have had.
Since I have been so happy with my massages and pedicures here I decided to try a facial. I haven’t been too happy with the place where I have been going the last two years. I had the skin bella treatment and immediately saw a difference. My skin tone looks so much more even, hydrated and clear. The price is on par with other higher-​end providers but they offer a 20% discount on a package. AND, you pay as you go so you do not have to put down a large fee at once. Also, they are not product-​pushy, which has become a big turn off about the place where I was going.
The front desk staff is super friendly and knowledgeable– definitely a make-​it or break-​it for most places. The relaxation room is so cozy with super comfy chairs and a fireplace, and they almost always have chocolate covered strawberries. Definitely worth the price!

I was expecting more of a relaxing spa experience, but felt more like I was in a Beverly Hills plastic surgery office. If thats what they are going for GREAT! But it should not be listed as a spa! They really dont have great amenities either. Im in a spa at least 3 times a month and was hoping to make this my spot, but it just didnt meet up to my expectations. My massage was very rushed and although i told her firm, she massaged like i was egg shells. My boyfriend really wanted a couple massage, so we went and he was disgusted he was changing in a bathroom and he had NO amenities… except a toilet. I felt so bad but at the same time i couldnt even enjoy anything (like a shower) because he would have just been sitting there waiting. I think the topper was when I went to open a book (which i thought was a spa menu) and saw lots of boobies! Now, I have had plastic surgery, but come on, im here to relax and escape from things, not open a book like that! One thing I will say is that my pedicure was very nice. I like the set up. I even enjoyed listening to the desk staff talking crap about other staff. But really it was a nice pedicure, wish it was a bit longer though. Well lesson learned. Its a good place to go if your looking for a med spa. Not relaxation.

I was contacted by the manager at the Spa, and he apologize for the serviced I received when I first went. He offered me a complimentary pedicure and manicure, which I was absolutely not expecting. I took him up on his offer, and I was blown away. The spa seemed like a completely different place. Everyone was super-​friendly, and they were ready for my appointment — no waiting! My manicurist/​pedicurist was perfect. She was not too talkative, which I like — I get mani/​pedis to relax, not chat. She made me so relaxed, and I loved the job she did on my nails.
I would go back except for the prices. They are definitely more expensive than I am used to. I would probably use them if I got a coupon or if they offered Groupons.
They validate your parking in the garage for 1−½ hours, so if you’re getting more than one service, be prepared to pay.
As a side note, there were two other women getting pedicures at the same time I was, and it was so enjoyable to listen to them — they seemed like old friends just having a girls’ day. They ordered champagne and chocolate-​covered strawberries, so if you’re ever in the mood to pamper yourself, this is definitely the place to go!

I went here once regarding an ongoing sinus/​allergy issue, and I already feel as it was a better visit than my last 4 – 5 at Bellevue ENT
I saw doctor Shaw and he really seemed to care about my problem and went through my exhaustive line of questions. Also, things seem to be getting gradually better! Office and staff seemed very nice

I went to see Stephanie Negrete and she gave the best deep pore facial I have ever had. She was very meticulous and detailed. She took the time to explain each step and always ask if I was ok or needed a break. I will be back very soon.
