History

Established in 2008.

Your skin care, MOD-​mobilized, is the dream of Lisabet de Vos, the Chief Glam Master for Seattle’s MOD Beauty Squad.

During over a decade of honing her skin-​care skills in some of the Northwest’s finest spas, hotels and private athletic clubs, Lisabet kept seeing the ravages of over-​exposure to UV, either from the sun or tanning beds.

Clients would always ask, «What can I do to keep my skin glowing and stop this nasty aging thing?»

«Stay out of the sun!» was always Lisabet’s response.

How then do we achieve beautiful glowing completions, without sacrificing our desire to sport a bit of sun kissed skin?

A former pastry chef and Brooklyn girl, de Vos hoofed it out West nearly two decades ago in search of adventure. She fell for the Emerald City, where her interests evolved from fancy food to health, healing and holistic skin care.
