Nice and clean hotel but staff they were little slow possible they were busy then is management problem need add more staff

I always look forward to enjoying my stay when I can bring the dogs and not pay extra or feel like I have to stay at someplace that doesn’t feel good to relax. Rooms were comfortable and the extras in the room make an extended stay easy.

Can’t be a snob and lowly rate this place. You get what you pay for and I don’t mean that in a bad way. It’s an older location than other locations I been to. Keep it real. It’s not fair to compare this La Quinta to another.
The parking situation gets bad after 6PM and everyone is out of the place by 8AM. Many are here for work. The majority grab breakfast and go.
The great thing about La Quinta is the pet policy. I was able to bring my two small dogs with me. This was a plus for me and was the selling point. During our stay, we were able to walk our dogs at the adjacent parking lot where I think is a building that recently has an expired lease. It worked out perfectly. Even though if the building was occupied, it would still be empty during the evenings.
Guests seems to be civilized folks so there is no worry there. As I mentioned, many lodge here for work. The staff are friendly as well.

The staff is extremely nice and we really wanted this to work. We moved several times because the rooms were moldy or phone was making a disruptive noise. The final room had blood splattered everywhere and we just couldn’t stay (see photos). We asked the front desk to book us elsewhere but they declined. We were forced to look for a new place at midnight and in near freezing conditions (48 degrees and raining). Most of the hotels were fully booked and we eventually got lucky with another hotel. The staff refunded us the full amount. We asked la Quinta to help pay for the difference in price for the new hotel but they declined. See the photos for yourself and see if you’d do anything different if you were in our shoes.

We were moved to 3 different rooms. The first room had mold in the refrigerator. The second room had a phone that was not functional and made a loud clicking noise even when it was not picked up. The third room had some drops of dry blood on the sheets and two lamps. After 3 moves and finding blood in the last room, we did not want to be in the hotel anymore. We were fortunate enough to find another hotel at 1am after spending 3 hours packing/​unpacking, moving rooms and being on the phone with expedia. Overall, we had a bad experience. The hotel was run down, old and not well-​maintained.

Great staff… super helpful/polite…in contrast to the facility. Arrived in the PM with a dog (they are one of the few that allow pets).couldn’t run my CC as machine (s) were inop. No problem. Up 4 flights with dog and luggage.(1) key doesn’t work (2) back down I go, dog and luggage in tow (3) new key works, but upon opening the bathroom door was met with the most foul urine odor imaginable. (4) leave dog & luggage in room to get resolved (5) upgraded us to a «suite».brought dog, etc. back down (6) «Suite» and facilities marginal. old, soiled, need updating badly (7) Listened to my neighbor’s TV until 1am. Not loud, but no insulation in walls. (8) ONE tiny shampoo sample for a king suite, no hair dryer, fiber cups, NO CLOCK RADIO/​alarm or clock of any kind. Yuck

2 stars-​one for the polite staff, one for a surprisingly comfy bed. Otherwise, the hotel is dirty. I stayed for 5 consecutive days and can confirm the floors in the elevators and common areas were not cleaned during my stay. The room seemed to be wiped down with a sour rag each day, according to the smell, and I found long, dark hairs in the clean towels and all over the bathroom all week. For some reason housekeeping would fold an obviously dirty washcloth (stained with makeup from being used) to use as a soap dish. Every day! Bizarre. I chalked it up to sacrifices for a cheap hotel near Bellevue but doubt I’ll do it again.

It’s clean. Our room was small but okay for our needs. The bed and mattress was FANTASTIC! (Don’t understand the other reviews here about the beds)! WIFI was free and worked all the time.
Breakfast in AM simple but I appreciated having … Something! Coffee is good.
Right next door to freeway, which for some might be a big bonus.
The staff has been nothing but warm and friendly. The woman in the breakfast room gets six stars: watched her deal with an obvious Alzheimer guest with grace and patience!
If you want or need ‘budget’ accommodations, I recommend this hotel/​motor lodge!
Oh. It’s close to ‘happening’ Downtown Bellevue!

Rooms are clean, spacious for a family of 5, staff is very friendly, welcoming, and offer great service. The beds are comfy, with a decent breakfast in the AM. I have never stayed at a La Quinta hotel before but will definitely be booking again.

Yes I realize I’m saying it’s woohoo it’s good as it gets. but for a la quinta inn, this is top of the pops! very friendly front desk service staff and clean rooms. if you want something nicer, then pony up the cash, but for the price and proximity to where I needed to be the next morning for my business meeting — this did the job and then some!

First off room was clean, neat, and no odor always a plus.
My boyfriend and I stay here after a event.
My boyfriend was in LOVE with the water pressure in the shower he said «best shower I’ve had in a long time» but if you are a tall person the shower head is a little low.
Our bed was comfortable but definitely woren in. There was a dip in the center so we kept rolling into each other all night.
Breakfast was basic. Cold cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, fruits and more small things. Only hot food was waffles.
Also has a gym but we did not use it.
Free Wifi and worked great and the 1^st level which we were on
We got the room for a good price using Expedia.

This hotel is full of business travelers. Some rooms are nicer than others but it’s a great location and great value. Front desk staff is extremely friendly.

Great value. A bit outdated but very clean and comfortable. Would be 4 but the wifi connection was horrible.

This was one of the nicer La Quinta Inn and Suites that I have stayed in. Price was OK (we used a %20 discount on our 2 rooms, which is better than the standard 10% using AAA or AARP) just over $ 108 out the door for each room (2 people per room). The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a easy drive if you prefer not to stay in downtown Seattle. The room were recently updated and clean. Breakfast room a bit busy due to a lot of business people use this particular hotel — we stayed on Thursday evening.
The breakfast room was keep full of food and didn’t lack for anything really.
YES, I would recommend this place to anyone.
The staff suggested eating at the KEG steakhouse since we ask for a place for a good steak — the place is walking distance from the hotel. This is a great place to have a nice meal.

This is my 4^th time staying here, and it will be a while before I come back. The staff members are friendly and eager to please. The breakfast is sufficient. The property itself is looking a little threadbare and unkempt. My tub and shower had lots of repair patches. I found a spider on my wall this morning (which I hope is what was biting me over the last couple of nights), and, in general, the place is looking pretty tired.
I love the location: it is great for the business meetings I have both on this sides of Lake Washington. Navigating around the area is nicer, too, than downtown Bellevue. There are a lot of pluses to this hotel, but it needs an update.

Clean. The beds are soooo comfortable; a biggy for me. Priced reasonably as well. We are in room 101. I read what Helaine wrote … what the hell room was she in? The bigger question Helaine is, why not talk to the front desk and ask for another room? She’s crazy! I’m picky and do NOT agree with her on this one. Internet service is just fine, not super speed but gets the job done. Haven’t eaten breakfast yet but it looks as if they are ready to please. Coffee is set up all day. Works for us :)

I frequently stay at La Quinta when I travel to Los Angeles and have always been pleased, so I didn’t hesitate to choose this hotel when I was planning a business trip to Seattle. I’m every bit as impressed with this location. Absolutely amazing value. Super-​friendly staff, great amenities… you name it. I highly recommend this place. I’ve definitely become a raving La Quinta fan!

Sorry to say, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW. I read some reviews before I booked this place on
and it had a 4 star rating from previous reviewers so I decided to give it try. I must say it’s one of the worse hotel/​inn ever that I’ve been to.
I went with my family and when we got there, the staff at the front desk greeted us, helped us out with the room. Nice. When we walked over to the elevator, the area was so dim (it was sunny out) I could barely see the one step up to the elevator area. The elevator creeked when the door opened, closed, and going up. When we got to room, there was a weird smell… n/​m that… my pop decided to do his «business» in the washroom so I was in the room with my mom when she asked me
mom: «why does it stink?»
me: «hmm. seems like its coming from the washroom»
mom: «did your pop not turn on the ventilation?»
me: «umm… i don’t know»
So… we figured out the vent was actaully on, but IT DIDN’T WORK (fogged up washroom after showering)… you can hear the «zzzzzzz» sound but that way just the sound… we left for the mall because the room stunk and we had to open the window, returned after a couple hours to the «weird smelling» room.
The next day we had breakfast at the hotel/​inn, but there was literally nothing to choose from. There was nothing cooked. No meat. Fine, maybe just the boiled egg that was cooked, but the shell was literally stuck to the egg. I was laughing so hard watching my pop peel the shell off. He ended up with a deformed egg like it was pecked by a bunch of birds. We noticed a lot of people came down, walked over to the counters, looked at the «wide range» of food to choose from then walked back into the elevator. So much for FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.

Great little place! Clean rooms, decent breakfast, very nice staff, and I swear these rooms are sound proof! Not a peep from anyone. Of course the comfy bed helped too. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
