Established in 2001.

The partners worked in large financial law firms as well as with very large financial institutions. Lisa and Simone wanted to work with small business owners providing tax preparation services, accounting, bookkeeping and QuickBooks consulting. The firm was launched to provide these tax and accounting services to business owners and individuals. There is an emphasis on communication, education and a high level of customer service.

Simone, over the last decade, has been focused on tax and CFO work with small business owners throughout the northwest. She had previously managed and developed law firms before starting this firm with her business partner. Her education includes accounting, finance and organizational development.
