Julie is as good as it gets. She went above and beyond to help me and my wife find the perfect home in an incredibly tough market. This was our first home purchase and Julie made us feel comfortable and confident through the entire process. She was always reachable via phone or email and we felt she really understood our needs. She also recommended a lender which we were equally satisfied with.
Don’t underestimate the value of a good agent. Her expertise and attention to detail got us the perfect house even though we were $ 11,000 less than the highest bidder! As if that wasn’t enough, Julie doesn’t just disappear after closing. After being in our new house for two weeks, we needed to borrow a yard trimmer, and of course, Julie offered hers!

Julie is exceptional. We found her on Unilocal,and I’m skeptical of high reviews, but she earned every star. She sold my Town home in one weekend, with a strategic and as close to a concrete contract as you can get, well above asking and vetted the lending source before she brought us the offer.
She was responsive, accessible and spot on with every recommendation. When our thought was to dump money into some areas of esthetics, she advised that her team could do only the essentials for much less saving us time and money. She had my rental clean, painted, ready to stage and on the MLS in 3 days. I would recommend her to anyone.

We had a really wonderful experience with Julie as our realtor. We were relocating from Michigan and knew nothing about the Kirkland market. She walked us through the whole process including financing, multiple offers, pre-​inspections, ect.
