Juanita Bay Dentist

I’ve been with Juanita Bay Dentist for almost two years now, deciding to stay with them even after moving out of state. I think basic dental service is important, but it’s when you have dental issues that you need extreme quality. Dr. Moua and his staff took me on a journey to correct my smile which involved some surgery, then Invisalign, with additional work afterwards. The actual care and attention to detail made me feel very safe and confident throughout the process. This type of service is what separates good dentists from excellent dentistry. When all of the work was completed, I cried. Everything far exceeded what I thought was possible! Dr. Moua and team — thank you so much! Words can’t express my sincere appreciation of the love, care, and downright quality service you provided to me. Thank you, thank you!

I’m somebody who doesn’t like going to the dentist I haven’t been for over 10 years, but Dr. Moua made it really easy for me. Had one small cavity which he filled in just a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Moua to all my friends.

As a recent transplant to the Pacific NW from the East coast, I was in search of a dentist for my family. Back in DC, my husband and I had a separate dentist from our kids who went to a pediatric dentist. After my husband and I went for our inaugural dental check-​ups with Dr. Moua, we knew our kids would also get excellent treatment and feel comfortable at this practice.
Everyone in this practice is wonderful — from the receptionist, to the hygienists, to Dr. Moua himself. They are timely, courteous and helpful — certainly the best experience I have had with a dental practice ever. As much as I hate going to the dentist (I’m sure I’m not alone in this sentiment), I feel so comfortable here and feel like I’m talking to friends when I interact with everyone in this office. I’m so glad we found this dental practice and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Moua is the BEST! I was a patient of Dr. Hugh Gruhn’s before he sold the practice to Dr. Moua. I was very upset when Dr. Gruhn suddenly departed, but I must say that I am glad I stuck with it because I like Dr. Moua even better! He did a bridge for me (as well as a couple of crowns) and even though I floss under the bridge as instructed, I NEVER get any food out! The bridge was brilliantly constructed so that I don’t get food stuck under it. I love this office and Dr. Moua! If you are looking for a awesome dentist, go see Dr. Moua and his wonderful team!

First of all, I hate going to the dentist. I’m the biggest whimp and I’m on the verge of needing to be put to sleep just to clean my teeth. However, I’ve had nothing but painless, comfortable experiences here. My deep cleaning went smoothly and my filling replacement — quick and painless! That has never happened before. I almost took a nap… ;)
Dr. Moua and his staff are all so friendly and helpful. I recently moved into the neighborhood and needed a dentist ASAP. They were able to squeeze me in in no time. I wouldn’t go as far as saying I’m excited to go to the dentist now, but they definitely lessen my anxiety :) Thank you!

Dr. Moua is the best dentist I have ever been to. He genuinely cares about the health, comfort and safety of his patients. His entire staff is an amazing group. I’m greeted with smiles and warmth whenever I go visit. I’d previously put off going to the dentist for many years because of past experiences with terrible dentists and I can honestly say that Dr. Moua has earned a lifetime patient. On top of all of that, he is an extremely cool guy. If you are looking for a new dentist, give he and his fantastic staff a call.

Thank you Dr. Downing Moua for a great root canal (never thought I’d say that!) You really listened, didn’t freak out when you saw my extra long roots, and showed real patience with the amount of work it took to close up the tooth and make it look good. You kept me informed every step of the way and this is the first time I’ve ever had a root canal without pain: this is my fourth! I’m going to let everyone know to go see you, Susan, and Tami at Juanita Bay Dentist!
