Unfortunately I was in a hurry and did not read these reviews before hiring Tuan Mattler to construct a stair railing. He cashed our $ 1350.00 deposit in October, but failed do any work. He finally sent a text in Dec offering to return our money, but has not done so. To date this is a scam not an inefficient business.

We contacted Tuan for an installation for railing agreed on a design and provided a down payment on 12/​16/​2015. After 5 weeks from signing he did not show up, but keep giving excuses and as of 4÷21÷2015 he has not responded or showed up.

These folks installed and electric gate controller and fabricated a new gate for me on November of 2011. The installation process was very slow and the owner always seemed to have an explanations as to why…
Everything had been working fine and then one day last week the gate operator stopped working. I called Tuan and explained the issue. This was last Wednesday February 13, 2013. He told me he would have his tech come out the next day and fix the problem. No one ever showed or called, I sent the owner, Tuan, 3 text messages and 1 voice-​mail, with no reply.
On February 15th I drove to his warehouse to talk with him face to face. He said someone would be out immediately… Today is Monday Feb. 18th and no one has showed up to repair or called
I wouldn’t recommend IRONFIRE for any of my future projects.
