Ink Illusions tattoos started under the guidance of Tony Callan, the 30 year veteran, at the helm. Currently the shop has 3 artists; Tony Callan, Amanda Ellis, and Ted Chou

Tony C.

Manager

Tony Callan is a veteran in the tattoo scene for 30 years. He started his career working for the Seattle tattoo Emporium and learnt from PA Steven, Danny Danzel, Smitty, and numerous artists there. Over the course of his career, he had managed several other shops in the Seattle area and Ink Illusions Tattoo is his latest creation.

The best experience from start to finish! I got the referral from my daughter to see Amanda and I could not be happier. She is such a pleasure to work with, so talented, honest and very funny. She was quick to learn about me and took the time to draw up a couple different designs until I was completely happy. I can’t get over the placement and the realism of it. I’m in love with my back again! Planning my next piece already!

Amanda does great work. She is my go to tattoo artist and has done almost all of my work. I recently went in to get a matching tattoo to one I got three years ago. It looks beautiful, she was quick and precise and I couldn’t be happier!

I came to Ink Illusions for my first tattoo based on a friend’s recommendation. I cannot compliment this place enough! It’s impeccably clean and has great customer service. Ted, my artist did an amazing job and was endlessly patient with my novice questions! I highly recommend it and if I choose to get another tattoo someday it will definitely be by Ted at Ink Illusions!

A few months later and I decided to write an update: my tattoo healed perfectly in less than two weeks and looks even better than when I first got it.
The colour hasn’t changed at all and the lines are as clear as ever. Will be going back for more when I’m in town!

Came in last minute without an appointment. The tattoo I wanted was a memorial tattoo and having it done on that specific day was very important to me. It was a last minute decision but I was determined to get it. They told me no one was available until 2, so I left, but then a few minutes later I got a call that Ted could see me right away! So happy with my decision to go to them. He really understood what I wanted, tweaked it to make sure I loved it, added a few touches for me, etc. He was quick and it turned out great! Highly recommend them.

Because it was my first tattoo, I had about a billion and a half questions so I’m sure I was super annoying, but she patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions.
