I started GuGuLy Event Planning after I planned my own wedding. I had so much fun being the «Event Scientist» on my own event that I realized that I have a passion for event planning. I have often been complimented as being fresh, inventive and unique by friends and colleagues, especially when it comes to «putting on the show» while still keeping budget in mind.

Heard of North, Sumatera, Indonesia? That is where I am originally from. I spent a large majority of my life in Asian before moving to the United States for college. As an Indonesian born Chinese, I have a great understanding of organizing weddings and events in the Asian community.

I love my work because it gives me the opportunity to work with individuals and transform each event into a one-​of a-​kind celebration.
