Great spicy teriyaki + short ribs + gyoza Definitely my go to teriyaki spot now, so glad I found this place. The lady working there is very nice and welcoming, definitely adds a touch of charm to this place. Very clean inside. My only dilemma is that I don’t know what to order next time I go, I want to try everything.

This place has become a regular take out place for us. The kids love the teriyaki chicken and gobble up the side salad. We also eat the General Tsao’s chicken as well as sweet and sour, both great dishes too. The lady is super friendly and knows the girls well. Will go back for more soon :)

I’m not sure what everyone else is raving about. We got the avocado sushi roll, the shrimp tempura roll and the chicken teriyaki. The shrimp tempura was probably the worst shrimp tempura roll I’ve ever had. The avocado roll and chicken teriyaki were ok, but not something I would order again or return for. I am going to continue my search for better sushi and teriyaki.

When you ran out of ideas of what to have for dinner and want something fast but delish, a takeaway teriyaki is always an option and this is the best place where to get it. The beef and spicy teriyakis are delicious, affordable and the portions are just right. A dollar or two more to compare with other teriyaki places but there are freebies– egg flower soup and a soda. Not bad at all. The café is ok-ish in space, clean and tidy. And not to mention, the person(who seem to be always the only one there) who serves is a very pleasant lady which makes this café worth remembering to come back to. So, for the spicy chicken and beef takeaway teriyakis + the very pleasant lady, I am rating this place Woohoo! As good as it gets!

Chicken teriyaki & gyoza, 8 Salmon teriyaki 7(Nasai on 85th is better) Mongolian beef 6, sort of tough and unusual flavor The place is clean and basic, and the lady serving is nice as others have said.

I’m a vegetarian so this review is just for the tofu teriyaki… Which is delicious! I really enjoy speaking with the lady there. Just moved to the area recently and this is probably the best teriyaki place around. The ambience is blah but the food and service is great!

Great service and I like getting a free soda and soup with my meal. I ordered the chicken Katsu and it was over cooked and had a burnt taste. Some of the pieces were really dry while others were ok. I was disappointed, especially after reading all the positive reviews… I’ll come back and try it one more time…

My favorite teriyaki place! You get a free soda and soup with your meal and the lady who works at the counter always remembers us, even if it’s been months since we’ve been in. Friendly service and tasty teriyaki!

The customer service for this place deserves 5 stars on its own. Every time I eat here, the little lady at the cashier is just the sweetest thing ever. On top of the great service, their food is wonderful! And not badly priced either. If you live around this area, you probably should go ahead and give the place a try. You most likely will have the same experience as I.

I started working in Kirkland about 5 months ago, I tried 3 other places before I found this little gem! I can say, I haven’t returned to the other places since I started eating here. The food is very well made and the woman who always greets is so sweet and friendly. She now recognizes my voice over the phone when I order. The chicken Teriyaki is delicious and I normally get a side of California Rolls. On the cold days, I’ll order a Wonton Soup. The meals come with a free soda and soup on colder days. I’ve recommended this place to co-workers and they’ve agreed it’s really top notch! I will continue making this my weekly«eat out» place of choice!

Not impressed for the price. Same prices as Mongolian Grill down the street but smaller portions and food quality not as good. Salmon on the salmon plate was way overcooked. So dry! Flavor of the food was ok but I wasn’t wowed. I suspect their specials are a better deal and they have some other items on the menu I would be willing to come back and try. Like the Udon.

I’m sad I waited so long to try this place. I had a favorite spot on the other side of Kirkland, and didn’t come into Ginger Teriyaki until living in this area for about 8 months. The food was great, and the service was excellent. Very friendly. We’ll be back.

I usually don’t get Teriyaki to go for my meal but it was most convenient choice for a quick and easy family dinner. We ordered chicken teriyaki, katsu, and short ribs, wonton soup, and miso soup. Since we had our rice that we wanted to eat we asked them to just substitute rice with salad(no option for more meat). You get a free can of juice for each meal you order and I enjoyed free egg soup while I waited there. The food tasted pretty decent for a Teriyaki to go place and the amount was about as much as other places. I’d come back here for another quick family meals.

A little expensive for teriyaki, but pretty much the best I’ve had in the greater Seattle area. The chicken teriyaki has the optimal chicken: rice:sauce ratio. Comes with two scoops of rice, not too much and a reasonable quantity for a hungry person. The chicken is tender and the sauce is not overwhelming. The sauce is more watery rather than«thick and sweet», which I really appreciated. The salad was pretty standard; as a bonus it didn’t drip dressing into the rice because that came in its own little container. :) The place is tiny and dive-y looking, close to Juanita Beach Park, but don’t be deceived by the exterior. Very clean inside. The woman at the counter was really nice. Go here to get your teriyaki fix!

Food is good. Service is good. Offer free drink and egg drop soup with order. I’ve tried the chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu and egg roll. All were above average. The teryaki sauce is delicious as is he katsu sauce.

Great little place that’s out of the way and has fantastic food. Good portions for the price. I always end up with left overs. Teriyaki is of course really great. After ribs are also really good. Fried rice is sub par but the owners Korean which is not they’re specialty dish. Speaking of the owners, cutest little couple. Very nice. Also ask drinks are included with your meal. Definite plus.
