Established in 2014.
Fire Dog Pizza Company began for Kevin and Kristin as a simple love for pizza, calzones, and Italian food. Inspired both by his grandparents’ original recipes, and their dog, Maverick, who loves to dress up in his favorite fire dog outfit, this family owned-and-operated, wood-fired pizza catering business is a truly unique experience.
From the unique, 6-wheeled, 1953 GMC truck they drive, to the pizza dough that is still hand-mixed and allowed to proof slowly for 12 hours in a cool space, people everywhere have come to love and appreciate each savory bite of Fire Dog pizza.
Focused on serving the greater Seattle area with the best tasting, most unique pizza around, the Fire Dog Pizza Company believes in making each catered event fun and unique, instilling guests with memorable pizza and a warm smile.
