THEY ARE BOOKED THROUGH JUNE. BOUGHT A GROUPON, had a lot of trouble getting a hold of someone to schedule an appointment, and then was told (5÷10÷16) they are booked through June. Got a Groupon refund via the chat function for those of you who purchased your groupon and it will no longer let you edit your purchase.

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON! IT IS A SCAM!!! It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve left messages to schedule an appointment for a haircut (I even had to purchase a different Groupon to a different vendor to get a haircut). The phone number listed is to a cell phone for a guy named «Austin,» but he doesn’t exist. After leaving two messages over two weeks I thought maybe he got into an accident and no one is getting the messages, so I looked up the «salon» and called that number and a woman with an accent answered «hello.» No Enchante Salon or anything identifying a business. I said I’m trying to schedule a haircut with the Groupon I purchased and she immediately said I need to call the cell because he’s an independent contractor. I told her I have left messages but haven’t heard back, then she tells me to text him. I tried that, and it has finally convinced me that he doesn’t exist and I was scammed. So now I have to apply for the refund to Groupon and prove that the service is fraudulent. Groupon even offered me to swap out his service to another haircut (after I told them I already purchased another one because 3 weeks is a long time to have to wait) and they offered this guy as the first choice and other salons that are 45 minutes from where I live. I’m not accepting this unless they throw in a hotel stay and dinner. The salon I ended up going to was 7 minutes from where I live. I wish I had never bothered, and I thought I had looked up the reviews to this «salon» on here before but now I only see awful reviews for this place. Take everyone’s warnings and don’t waste your time and money.

Austin has a vision for my hairstyle every time I go! I’ve never had a stylist be so proactive in getting to know my hair, bring in the right product for me, and teach me about my hair. I’ve had so much fun with all the different looks, and while my hair has gone through a lot of processing, it still feels strong and healthy! Oh, and did I mention how fun he is?! Go see Austin! You won’t regret it!

I got the exact opposite of what I asked for… I wanted deep tissue, and all I got was light touch… truly stunning how messed up this experience was. Total waste of an hour and $ 80.
Forty-​ish Viet lady, I think she’s the only one doing massage there. I asked her via text if she could do deep tissue and she said yes. She flaked on the first appointment I made, some lame excuse, but I gave her a second chance because I live in Kirkland and it’s convenient. Big mistake. Before starting, I told her exactly what I needed, deep tissue on my lower legs and left shoulder. She proceeded to do everything but what I asked for. Very light touch and she spent most of her time on my back, which I told her I didn’t need. That’s what was so astonishing. I know she understood me, so why not do what I asked for? Over 1 hour, she spent a grand total of about 3 minutes on my lower legs, with a touch so light it didn’t do anything for me. I do not know how this woman stays in business. Stay away unless you are ok with very light, non-​therapeutic touch. To add insult to injury, she has really bad breath.

I have been going to Austin S. at Enchante for several years. Even when my mother visits me from CA she goes to him as well. Hair cuts & color are his specialties. Enchante has recently come under new management. Very happy with the changes. Give him a call (206) 351‑8946 & you will enjoy your results!

I purchased a Groupon for a series of three microdermabrasion treatments which I was excited to use. The first two felt rushed– I was in & out in less than 45 minutes & the woman did not seem happy to be giving me my treatments. I just left my third treatment & was left alone in the treatment room for what seemed like 20 minutes. At least during my first two treatments I received a decent arm, neck & shoulder massage. However during this last treatment I got a ridiculously short arm massage before the woman left the room. I was starting to wonder if she’d ever come back! I wouldn’t come back here & would suggest others to check out friendlier establishments.

The manicurist STOLE MY Peridot BRACELET purchased by my husband FOR MY VERY FIRST MOTHER’S DAY. I was the last customer of the day and called the very next morning at opening time to ask to pick it up since I know they had it. She said «No Jewelry, sorry.» She took it off of my wrist for the manicure, stashed it out of sight somewhere so it was easily forgotten when I went to figure out how to pay with the distraction of wet nails and toes. To add insult to injury this was after changing my mani-​pedi appointment multiple times insisting that my weekend appointment had to be moved to the middle of a workday instead, period.
If you see the manicurist wearing a peridot bracelet, rip it from her wrist and contact me!

I would give a zero if i could. The manager Natalia is the rudest person ever to talk to. I have the same feelings abt this place as many other reviewers. Everything the reviewers have written is true. I had to get my Groupon refunded… they are so bad. Basically they gave away my appointment to somebody else without my permission. As such you only get their voicemail and its super hard to get an appnmt with them, to top it all she gave it to someone else and was not a bit apologetic about it. On the contrary she was super rude.
Dont waste your energy, money and time with these guys. Wish I had read their reviews before buying their groupon.

My husband bought me the December groupon for a 2.5 hour spa day and gave it to me on Christmas. I was SO excited being I have never done an alege wrap, had a facial before, or dry exfoliating done plus it included a massage and foot bath! So after we got home from holiday travels in January, I called and got a voicemail. ‘Okay, I’ll just call again in a week they must be closed still’ I thought to myself. I called a week later, again voicemail. Weird… I called back a few days later at a different time, hoping to catch someone, nope, so this time I decided to leave a voicemail– awkward. Several days later– now almost the beginning of Feb, the lady at the day spa calls me back and says «we are booked solid for the whole month of Feb and March, I can put you in April.» Me– «You are booked the ENTIRE next 2 months– I can take ANY day of the week at ANY time!» Lady at Spa — «yes April 11, is my first available at 10:30am» Me — «uh okay, I guess that will work, you have nothing in the afternoon? can you call me if there are any cancellations?» «No, I do not have an afternoon appt.» Me-«Okay, I guess I’ll take it.»
In 2^nd week of March, I severely hurt my ankle and was on crutches and could not drive, so I called and left another voicemail mentioning I had injured myself and probably would need an appt a little later in April. My call was returned days later again and she left a voicemail this time saying «I have changed your appt now to May 24^th at 8:30am. Thank you». WHAT? you just changed it without even confirming if that was okay with me? And now for another TWO months of waiting!!!
Two weeks ago, I found out I have a big event on May 24^th now and no way I can do a spa day. I called Enchante Spa again for what seems like the 100^th time, this time on the voicemail message, it just says they are «closed for remodeling and will be back on May 9^th». I’ve left two voicemails, asking someone to call me back, but apparently no one is checking messages right now. My groupon expires June 13^th. Odds are they are not going to have an appt available before then.
So I called Groupon and had them issue me a refund in Groupon Bucks so I can at least use money somewhere else! (I had to argue alot with groupon to get them to do that though).
So all and all this Spa has actually given me more stress and irritation at the end of the day then I have ever had with a day spa! Who runs a business like this? You don’t even ask what schedule works for your customers?! You do all kinds of specials via online coupon sites that you can’t handle, so your customers suffer? how unprofessional.

I got a groupon for an Aromatherapy Massage from a friend for my birthday for this place. When I called to make my appointment in March, I was told that massages on Saturdays (the only day I could make it to Kirkland from Seattle) were booked til June but I could use my groupon for a manicure/​pedicure. Sure!
So I show up on my scheduled day and upon entering am hardly greeted by a fairly unfriendly woman who I will venture to guess is from Eastern Europe.(We’ll call her Natasha) She had me fill out paperwork (for my nails?) and sent me back with a girl in her mid-​20s. I don’t think she ever told me her name.
We end up in a back room with no music playing, no magazines for me to read and nothing for me to look at… so I apparently have to chat with the technician… which is fine, I love talking to people. We made small talk, then she asked if I had a boyfriend. I told her yes and that we’d been living together for a while. Then she said «So when are you going to get married and have a baby and be a family like you’re supposed to?»
(insert sound of record scratching)
Huh? Supposed to? No. No. No.
I decide we are done talking.
Then music starts playing. Thank god… no more silence… until I realize it’s an instrumental of the «Top Gun» theme… and it is repeating over and over and over. I finally ask the girl if this is all that plays here. She looks at me slightly scared and says «Sometimes…it hypnotizes me to sleep.»
Before she paints my nails, she asks if I want to tip her first, a bit presumptious, but I understand not wanting mess up my nails. I hand her a $ 20 and ask for $ 10 back. She runs up front and comes back saying they don’t have change but they might when she’s done.
So she paints my nails and once she is done, it is apparent it is time for me to GO… basically cause she rushes me out. I take my $ 20 back to the front and
Natasha glares at me and says «CHANGE? No, I do not HAVE. Don’t you have a credit card or check?» I respond, «No, I have $ 9 in $ 1s…here ya go. Then the nail technician opens the door for me (my nails are still wet) and says «The nails will dry as you drive.»
No, they will get MESSED UP as I drive… and they did… and I’m never ever going back.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The service is terribly rude. I called several times to make an appointment a month in advance since I knew they did a groupon special and would be very busy. Every time I called the woman on the other line has been busy, the last time she said «all you people want weekend appointments, I’m so busy why don’t you leave me alone» I called on Feb 15^th to get an appointment for March 10^th unfortunately she keeps weekend appointments of her real clients not her groupon users. I’m going to see if I can get a refund on my Groupon, I’m afraid to go in after the rude service on the phone.

Left messages and still haven’t heard back for my 60 min massage groupon purchase, not sure how a business can stay afloat when they don’t answer their phones. Very disappointing. Was looking forward to a massage this weekend, obviously not happening at enchante, will have to take my business elsewhere.

I am torn with this place. Happy hour pricing is great. The manager is a little snm scary.
I went in for a diamond microderm. She was running late with another customer. Fine. I was running late anyway. She took me back to a very dark cold room. She said very coldly. «Take your clothes off.» Uhh, ok? She left the room and I put my robe on. The facial was the wackiest, roughest facial ever. She pretty much held me by my nose while vigorously microderming my face. When she was done. She said, «Finished. Get dressed.» Although, impressed with how exfoliated my face was and the price. I haven’t been able to bring myself back.
While paying for the facial she decided it would be a good time to get angry with a co-​worker and reprimand her in front of my sister and I. Awkward.

purchased a groupon for a 60 min massage. I called the spa several times over a few weeks and nobody ever picks up the phone so I finally left a message. First of all this is horrible business practice. I don’t want to leave a message, I expect to speak to somone directly to make an appointment. After 5 days I received a call back to book my appt and of course they said if I wanted a Saturday appt I would have to wait 4 weeks. So I waited 4 weeks and finally massage day was here!
I get to the spa and it’s in a great location and very nice spa like atmophere but the customer service is REALLY lacking! I check in and I was 15 min. early for my noon appt. so I took a seat. The gal at the desk didn’t offer me a magazine, water or anything. SHe was too busy talking to people and playing on the computer, I was thinking to myself… why doesn’t she ever answer the phone? Isn’t that her job?
I wait and wait and it’s 12:10 and nobody has come to get me and my appt was at 12:00. The girl at the desk didn’t even tell me that the massage gal was running late so I asked her where she was and she just said «oh she’ll be out soon.» So finally at 12:15 the lady came out to get me to take me back to the massage room. The room was cold, the table was not heated, no warm blankets so I was cold most of the time. The lady giving the massage said she had to wear gloves because she had rosacea and her Dr. required her to wear them? Ok… so it was a little weird to have a massage with latex gloves.
I’d say the massage was just ok… nothing special. The gal used so much oil that it got in my hair which I didn’t like as I was planning on running some errands after my appt. but my hair was so oily that I had to run home and wash my hair. After the massage was done and I met the massage lady in the lobby she said «don’t forget to tip on the full amount of the Groupon.» I thought that was a little bold of her to say since my experience wasn’t all that great. I gave her a 15% tip since she the overall experience wasn’t great and she was 15 minutes late!
I wouldn’t go back here again… even with the groupon it’s still not worth it. My favorite spa of all time is Truce Spa in Bellevue at the Westin. I WILL be going back to Truce!

I had bought 2 groupons for my wife, one for massage and one for a manicure/​pedicure. She tried reaching the Spa for 3 days straight to make appointments but no one would answer the phone. After leaving 4 voicemails she gave up and went and paid full price for a massage and manicure/​pedicure elsewhere (incidentally this price was only $ 5 more than the ‘discounted’ groupon price for this place). 4 days later, when someone finally called back, she was also extremely rude to my wife, speaking as if she was doing us a favor by having called back and rudely told us that no appointments were available for another month. We have no desire to ever use the services of such a poorly run, unprofessional business. We’ve since requested refunds from Groupon.
Stay far, far away from this awful business.

This was the worst spa experience I never got to have.
I called approximately 4 weeks ago to make an appointment for the Deal Pop voucher I had purchased. I showed up today for my appointment and was told that I had to have the paper Groupon. I too thought it had been a Groupon purchase and told her I was intending to use the phone app at which point I was told that they don’t accept the phone app. When I told her I hadn’t brought the paper voucher with me she asked if i could log into my account on her computer to print it there. No problem, right? I said yes but when I logged into my Groupon account it wasn’t there which is when I searched for the spa in my email and realized it was actually a DealPop voucher. When I told her that and showed her my receipt with order number because I could no longer log into DealPop’s account since they were purchased by Tippr she just told me that she couldn’t perform any service without the paper voucher and she wouldn’t accept my receipt as proof of payment because people could request refunds from DealPop before getting the voucher. I offered to send the voucher by email when I got home and again she refused. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was the manager and owner. As a last resort since I live in Queen Anne and the spa is in Kirkland and I didn’t want to have to make the trek again, I offered to pay for the service up front and asked if she would be wiling to refund me if I sent her the voucher when I got home. She seemed amenable but then told me she couldn’t because she didn’t know what service I was supposed to be getting. I again showed her the Deal Pop email ad that I had purchased from as well as the receipt that both said I was supposed to get a Bio-​Organic Facial. She told me she didn’t know which one it was because that deal was from a long time ago (May 18 to be exact). When I asked if she had received any record from Deal Pop of purchases or order history, she told me no and said that people normally bring the paper voucher and she couldn’t understand why I hadn’t just done that! I then asked what she had scheduled me for when I called to make the appointment and she just shrugged her shoulders and asked me again why I hadn’t just printed out the voucher. Needless to say I did not get my service, despite telling her I was getting the facial for my wedding, and when I asked for a refund she told me to contact DealPop. When I said that DealPop had been Acquired by Tippr she shrugged her shoulders and told me to call them.
I am stunned that any spa could stay in business with such poor customer service from the owner! I admit that I could have printed the voucher and saved the hassle, but the manner in which the situation was handled, even after I offered to pay for the service up front so she had zero risk of non-​payment, is appalling. Don’t waste your time with this sorry excuse for a spa. You’ll wind up leaving more stressed than you arrived.

I just had the most horrible facial ever~ no warmth, no smile… a rushed experience by someone I’m not sure was qualified to do the facial at all. It was advertised on the Groupon as «hour-​long» but it did not even last 45 minutes. I went there to celebrate the end of a school year but left feeling on edge and like I wasted my money.
At the end I was told «You are done. Meet in lobby.» Her cell phone vibrated the entire time and I know she checked it once. Awful, awful place. I don’t know why she went into this profession — she doesn’t seem to want to make you feel comfortable or to make you want to come back. Go to one of the other thousands of spas in Kirkland! (They are on every corner!)

Easy Parking; Great prices found online for facials; massage during the facial was wonderful; and lastly, the rooms are comfortable and smell fabulous.

I was very disappointed how rude the woman answering the phones was. I called to make an appointment and after mentioning that I have one of their coupons (which they gave out) I was told very rudely that they are booked. I didn’t even have a chance to tell her when I wanted my appointment before she said «bye» and hanging up on me. How could she know they are booked if I didn’t even tell her which day I wanted to come in? Not returning there after this, that’s certain.

I went here to get my hair cut with my mom. I wanted to have a girl’s day. My hair cut was okay but my mom’s hair color and hair cut took foreverrrrrrrrrrr. We got there at 1:40pm (okay we were 10 minutes late) but we didn’t get out of there until 5:00pm. I do not recommend this place for haircuts. I am not going to go there for any spa packages either. I can kind of see what kind of place they want to represent but they can’t quite make it. If you are looking for a spa experience, I think Pro-​Club is still the best.
