Element Construction and Design did a superb job for us on a bathroom remodel for our 1906 Arts & Craft-​syle home. Bernardo was personable and knowledgeable and took the time to help us turn our vague ideas into a cost-​effective plan. He was highly responsive to my (many) questions and very happy to sit down and explain all of the labor and material costs that went into the project. There was no ‘sticker-​shock’ for us because we know what the price was going to be well before we saw the final invoice.
The work itself was top-​quality and performed on-​time. Our project involved converting a ½ bathroom into a larger bathroom by knocking out a wall and framing in new space on the other side. Bernardo’s recommendations for fixtures and materials were spot-​on. The tile-​work on the floor and shower surround looks amazing. The plumbing and electrical work was performed flawlessly. Our old house has some unique custom wall texturing that he was even able to match perfectly on the new walls.
All-​in-​all, Bernardo and Peter did outstanding work. I’m happy to recommend them to family and friends, and will definitely be contacting them again for future projects.

We have used Element on more than one occasion, including: general handyman types of work, painting and other repairs.
Plus they did a bathroom remodel for us that included new tub-​to-​ceiling tile and sink wrap-​around tile.
They are great, very professional, very honest. Would highly recommend them!
