I always get fast friendly service when I go to Eastside Automotive. The desk manager Del always makes sure my car is taken care of quickly, accurately and for reasonable prices no matter how big or small my car problems are.
I don’t take my cars anywhere else.

I would recommend this establishment as reasonably priced, fair & honest. My relationship started when I bought tires through
and had them delivered here to be mounted, balanced & aligned. As an FYI-​If you find tires you want at TireBuyer, just take that deal directly to Del & he will be happy to meet it and then give further support with lifetime balancing, rotation, etc. I have some knowledge of vehicles & typically do alot of my own work. In my case, I had reason to have two notable questions afterwards. In each case, Del took me seriously and went about answering my questions in an objective and non-​conflictatory manner. Time & labor were spent satisfying my legitimate questions in a legitimate fashion. Ultimately, this was done to satisfy me and no attempt was made to try and get extra billing out of it when there was a real question about whether their shop was on the hook for it. Consequently, I have grown to trust their integrity and ease to wok with-​I will preferentially use them in the future and I have no qualms recommending them for service.

After procrastinating on getting an oil change, I finally broke down and knew I had to get one this week. I shopped around a bit by calling several places and looking online. Other auto dealers were quoting me $ 100 for an oil change, which seemed too expensive. I found an excellent deal on Groupon for Eastside Automotive and Tire and also noted that they had really good reviews on Unilocal.
When I arrived this morning at 7 a.m., the staff members were really helpful and started working on my car right away. While I waited, I used their free WiFi, and the whole process took under an hour. The staff member was very transparent about the cost of oil itself for my car versus what the Groupon covered. I did have to pay a little more, but it was overall a great value. He mentioned a possible upsell about getting something else on my car fixed, but he did not push it aggressively, which I liked a lot. I would definitely recommend this place!

Del and is team are amazing! I have been bringing my jeeps here for a number of years. Efficient, always done when they say they will be done. Del has also recently helped me in dealing with a shady mechanic who really messed up my 1971 Chevy. Thanks, Del and your team. I’ll be bringing my cars here for years and you’re even on my street! That’s a bonus. I can walk to and from your shop!

Great place, if you need antibody or paint done, go see Jeremy Glitchel in the paint shop! Super work, paint comes out looking fresh ! Having my 1973 Chevy caprice convert done here !!

I never thought I would change my review but the manager of this shop has changed my mind. Dan has portrayed nothing but great customer service and it has definitely been appreciated. I may give them another try once I’m due for an oil change– thanks Dan! Keep up the good work!

So my car broke down pretty much across the street from this place. I made it to the parking and started looking for the key drop box. One of their guys was working late and came out. He took down our info even though they were closed. They had my car all fixed up the next day. Thanks!

After my review of the signage regarding the $ 19.95 oil change not reflecting the cost of the disposal of the old oil, the owner did respond to my review expressing his regret about the sign. He not only got rid of the sign but offered me a complimentary oil change as a token of his good will. I took him up on the offer and appreciate that he actually reads and responds to these reviews on Unilocal.Not many establishments do or care that much. It shows he is truly concerned about customer service and satisfaction.
P. S.: regarding the photo below… it needs to be updated to eliminate the oil change signage :)

I wanted to give an update to my previous review. After being unsatisfied I received an email from the owner, he assured me that costumer service is top priority and he apologized for how we were treated and offered a refund to make it up to us. I was so pleasantly surprised by this generosity. As I said before, I was a very loyal costumer for a long time and now I am definitely willing to give them a second chance with my future business. Thank you Eastside for showing how much you care about your costumers.

Wow. This company was professional and beyond. They not only gave me a huge discount on my new tire pads and rotor that broke (while they were test driving it) — but they paid for a rental car since the repair would take longer than expected. The rental car picked me up from their store and I kept it for about 24hrs. Picked up my fixed car and in the rental, then just left the rental there– they brought it back to the agency for me. If that is not good customer service, I don’t know what is. FIVE STARS!

These guys are the best! So polite and professional, but personal at the same time. I brought my Land Rover in because it was smoking under the hood after drives, and they told me how to remedy it. However, it was very much out of my price range. They told me it was not going to be the cause of my vehicles demise, so I decided to pass.
They still invited me back to get my oil changed. From the looks of the other reviews, I will absolutely be doing so.

The second time coming here for an oil change and I am still thrilled with their service. This time it was even quicker (20min), granted it was a Thursday morning. I love how they offer coffee or tea in the waiting area. Its a small luxury but one that is often looked over by most businesses.
A new feature that the front desk associate informed me of blew me away! Now they send emails that remind you of your next service, automatically book your appointment but still allow you to change it to fit your schedule needs. This is a fantastic option for me seeing as I’m constantly on the go, travel for work and rely on my smartphone for most things.
Come here for your oil change!

They are great here. They get you in quickly and really respect your time and your pocket book! I will definitely be back!

I originally has a not so great experience at eastside automotive but the owner reached out to me and made sure everything was fixed this definitely deserves four stars for service!

I brought my 1984 300 ZX Nissan into your establishment on Saturday of the first week of August, 2006. I asked to have my tires balanced and aligned. When I returned, I was given a work order and was told I needed the following work done on my car before I could have my tires aligned and balanced: Struts all the way around, shocks, Lower Ball Joints, R.S. Inner Tie Rod End, 4 way alignment
Without the work, I was told I would not be able to have my tires aligned and balanced. The amount was $ 1,466.13 without tax. Subsequent to receiving this work order, I brought my car in to my regular trusted mechanic’s shop to have the work completed. To my shock, I was told my vehicle needed NONE of these things. I would very much like to know what this work order was based on. My vehicle is running perfectly fine and I had the wheels aligned and balanced. I have purchased tires from Eastside for more than one vehicle. I have always had my tires aligned and balanced here.
I have NEVER been back to EAT and never will. In my estimation, these people are crooks. Even though this letter was written in 2006, I’m now going to send a copy to the BBB. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Single women, DO NOT GO HERE. Ella

These guys are the best… flexible, congnizant of price (they get this is a tough economy!)…Everyone is friendly… they take good care of my little lemon drop (a 1992 Geo Metro Convertible, so somewhat rare). A lot of shops charge you to diagnose your issue… not these guys… I drive from Lake Stevens to see these guys… all around, just a pleasure to deal with!

I got a leak in my tire so I took my car out to a place in Bellevue. They told me they couldn’t plug the leak and I would have to spend 100.00 to buy a new tire. Felt like they were pushing me into it so I told them no and took my car to this place. They not only plugged the hole but didn’t charge me a dime. Great place! Very friendly and fast service. Will be definitely returning.

If a auto repair shop charges you an arm and a leg and you encounter the same problem you paid them to fix a few weeks later, there’s something wrong. I’m stupid enough to go back to this place again and again, giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m telling you now, don’t waste your hard earned money on this place… stay away!

Repairs are not a fun part of owning a car. However, we all agree to put up with them as soon as we put pen to paper to get that new car. I have sampled a few garages in the area, and this one is my preferred choice.

The work is quick, clean, and comprehensive. I have never been charged for diagnostics. My problems were identified and repaired in a quick and painless (sans financially) fashion. (All three of my car’s issues, I own an Audi… I ask for it.)
Although the experience of repairing a car is generally very painful, and takes a financial toll… The staff at Eastside Automotive and Tire make it bearable– Almost as if its totally okay that my car has issues.

I came in for a wheel alignment and the quoted price was the same as everywhere else. It took a little bit of time to get in the bay but that’s probably because this place is popular. By the time I left, the price was the same as when I got there. The mechanics pointed out some weaknesses with my car that I did not see but did not strong arm me into buying anything I didn’t want. They were informative and upfront. Anyone that talks bad about Eastside Automotive must be talking about someone else because my experience was better than I would’ve expected.
