Instructor is not honest. Classes are made for people who are already pretty much fit. Nor has instructor worked with larger people. Instructor does not really encourage you outside of class to do better nor tries to encourage you to keep going… she would rather take your money and have you not show up again than to encourage you to keep going. Just know what you are getting into and that the instructor is not trustworthy nor honest.
