Big O Tires

Stopped in to this Big O Tires after awful experience at Discount Tires down the street… was taken care of by Patrick and his team… outstanding service! And they got the job done in less than 30 minutes. In fact everyone in the waiting room when I got there was out in no time at all… I will be back!

I went to les Schwab twice they never had time to change my tire. I guess because i wasn’t buying new tires. Went to big o tires changed my tire quickly and had me on my way. .thank you

Robert was awesome and let me come in and get my tire patched even tho they were technically closing. Great service!!!

Living in Kirkland for the past 36 years, I have used many shops for repairs and tires… but none have been as consistently reliable, affordable and genuine as the owner, manager and assistant manager (shop guys are great as well) at this Kirkland Big O shop are.

I have been bringing my car here for service fir the last two years. The service is always wonderful, the staff is very friendly and personable. When you have 3 kids having a safe, working vehicle is important. I’m glad I’ve found somewhere I can trust!

Great place to go if your looking for tires, I always feel welcomed and taking care of when I go to Big O tires.

I had to get new tires before Memorial Day weekend on my jeep and they were able to help me right away! Great prices and such a friendly staff! I will definitely keep going to Big O Tires in Kirkland!

I have taken several of my vehicles here for years. I have always been really pleased with the excellent service. I highly recommend using Big O Tires for all your tire needs.

I have been coming to this Big O Tire for 13 years. They have always been nice to me and straight forward with their recommendations. They prioritize any work needed on my vehicles (so that I can budget for work that can wait) and their prices are competitive. Despite being a female (who knows nearly nothing about cars), they never talk down to me. I have all of my mechanical work done by them and have twice purchased tires. I now live in Renton but still bring the vehicles back to this location because I trust them.

I made a appointment for an oil change. Showed up on time. Was told suddenly he had several people come in, they would get to me as soon as he could. 1 ½ hous later, I’m still waiting for the car. And the tire rotation has not been done. Now the oil filter they need is not in stock and they have to go pick one up at a store. Stil waiting…

If your stores will ALL be closed on Sundays then change your online information so people with money who want to do business with you don’t plan their day around false data. Will definitely be going to your competitors on Monday.

I noticed my left tire was low on air so I came here to big o tires to see if they could do a pressure check. I was impressed with their outstanding performance of filling my tires with a friendly attitude! I was mostly happy with how they lifted my car up to see if I had any nails in my tires and all that out of kindness.

Horrible place, please go to discount tire or anywhere else. I got an appointment for an alignment that was supposed to take an hour. I had to wait 4 hours for it to get done and just watch my car sit outside for an hour. Dirty facility, broken air conditioner, broken tv. And they outright lied to my face and wasted my time. I will never be coming here again and recommend all my friends and colleagues do the same.

I had to drop in yesterday because my tire kept going down to 10psi. I’m really glad I got the warranty, they got me in right away and fixed it up (there was a nail in it).
They were friendly and I’m still glad I choose Big O Tires.

Horrible attitude. Full of lies.
I was looking for a tire which they don’t have in stock, they introduced another tire to me and guaranteed that this tire has the same performance as the one I wanted. I believed them because they said if I don’t like it, I can return or exchange them in 3 days. After I tried those tires, they were just terrible. They lied on these tires badly. I went back to them for returning and they denied what they said about returning tires and wanted to charge me huge amount of money that can buy another piece of tire for exchange. Once you fall into their traps, you can’t get out.
So disappointed. Will never choose Big O tire again.

I have no patience for false advertising. Big O Tires has a big sign in the window that says «Lowest Price Guarantee» and another one on the curb that says «Low Price Guarantee: We Beat Any Advertised Price On Tires». Both of these signs are just a scam to get you into their store. I put that «Lowest Price Guarantee» to the test. I got a written quote from Discount Tire about a block away and took it in to Big O and showed it to them. The guy took a few minutes looking at things on the computer and then told me that there was no way that they could beat the price. The lowest price they could give me was, if I recall correctly, $ 280. The quote I brought in from Discount Tire was for $ 179. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guy at the counter actually spent some time trying to find a way to lower their price. However, they weren’t able to get anywhere close to Discount Tire’s price.
If you need tires don’t go to Big O — you can do much better with Discount Tire. Discount Tire has amazing customer service and great prices.

I used to go get alignments here, all the time for every car I purchased. Now there’s different people working at this store that are very inexperienced, lazy, and rushed. However, I went through with it anyways and after an hour into the appointment Patrick Frazier, the store manager, came out and told me he couldn’t fix it because I had some suspension parts damaged. He told me to come in after I get it repaired properly. At first this was fine, I got the parts repaired and came back.
Hesitantly he took the car in for the 2^nd alignment and came out a couple minutes later saying he could do anything about it without charging me an extra $ 140…After a short argument I left and took it to FireStone because I knew the parts had been repaired, as I had done the work myself. FireStone fixed my alignment PERFECTLY, and gave me a first time customer discount. This place, Big O Tires in Kirkland is a SCAM.

Wow! I went in for the ‘free’ brake check and found out it was $ 74.50 to check and that would be reduced from the bill if I got my brakes repaired from them thus making it free eventually. I tried asking them to give me a rough quote on fixing the problem and they refused stating that they will not else I would be going around comparing rates. duh! Ofcouse I would, that’s how people save money. This was about 3 months back and I decided not to ding them for one bad experience.
Forward to today and I went in for a $ 18.99 oil change special, I parked with about 3 other cars in the parking lot and 2 in the bay. They asked me to make an appointment, I told them I was willing to wait but he did not seem interested at all. Gave me the shop card and told me to call them once I made up my mind about the appointment. Looking at the ‘rush’ with few cars parked and 1 person in the waiting lobby, it seemed unacceptable to me. I won’t attempt to go there again, no matter what the deal is because of their bad customer service.

Maybe don’t get your oil changed here if you’re a girl. Because all of a sudden a $ 19 oil change turns into a $ 700 repair and the only reason I felt obligated to say yes to fix it is because they said if you don’t fix it, you can’t drive your car home. Oh HOW CON-​FRICKEN-​VENIENT. I guess shame on me for not knowing anything about cars.
I also just dropped a pretty penny getting new tires about 2 weeks before getting my oil changed here. You’d think they’d skip on screwing me over for that. Not the case. At least I won’t skid in the rain this season. And I can get my flat tires fixed for free now. Additionally, friendly and smiles are not their middle names.
Am I salty about this? Yes. Is my review a little harsh? Maybe. Should you take it into consideration?

AH-​MAZING. My front tires were horribly worn and I’d been putting off replacing them. At 4pm on a Sunday (horrible time) we called around to a few local tires places. Other places either weren’t open, were about to close or didn’t have them in stock. As a last ditch effort, we called Big O Tires. They had the tires in stock and said come on down despite the fact that they closed at 5. We got there at 4:35pm. They had the car up and were working on it before I even signed the paperwork. They changed all four tires and I drove out with my car shortly before 5pm. I can tell the difference when driving it and I’m so glad that they were able to replace them on such short notice. A+++! We will be back.
