Established in 1995.
With over 20 years as a real estate broker in Washington, Jim has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents not only in Washington State, but in North America. Jim has sold hundreds of homes and condominiums in the Greater Seattle area, but he specializes in listing and selling single family homes and condominiums on the Eastside.
Bill came to the real estate industry late in the year 2000 after winding down form a twenty-two year career in the field of industrial bar coding. Ten of those years were as a business owner and the remaining twelve years were spent working as an applications specialist for a Portland based company that served companies located throughout the Pacific Northwest, California, Oregon and Idaho.
