We are Senior Housing Consultants who help you find a place for Mom and Dad when their house is no longer appropriate.

Our services are free to you because our fees are paid by the 250-​plus, Western WA, Retirement Communities, Assisted Living communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Adult Family Homes contracted with us.

Sorry, WA state will not a permit us to work with Medicaid clients.

History

Established in 2005.

The owner, Stan McKenzie is a retired Orthopedic PA.

Stan was a director for a Retirement Community for several years and found that most families faced with having to move their parents had no idea where to even begin to look.

There are so many factors to take into consideration. To name a few things to ponder: their loved ones health now, health potential tomorrow, the multiple types of senior housing, who is good, who has large staff turnover, can they afford it?

Stan has been in the senior housing business since 1998. He is specialized and teaches classes on Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia related diseases of the brain. He has taught at the University Level «The Body Electric» .

Orthopedic PA, Stanford. Navy Hospital Corps. during VietNam; Owner Human Technologies 14 years, specializing in coordinating research, development, setting up investigations and marketing for total hips, knees and internal hardware.

12 years in senior housing, includes: Product manager for the establishment of 32 Assisted Living Memory Care communities nationally; a director for a upscale Retirement community; Senior Housing Consultant; current President of Lynnwood Rotary; ARC Hurricane Chaser.
