It’s 7-​Eleven. Need some lottery tickets? Forgot to buy milk and don’t feel like driving to the supermarket? Have the munchies? Yes, they can help. The store is clean enough, and you can find pretty much whatever you might urgently need. The clerks and kind of hit or miss, and I’ve heard some interesting life stories from some of them, but I can usually find what I need and get out of the store in five minutes or less, which is, I think, the point.
