Wow. Welcome to the 1980s. The screens are tiny the sound is subpar, except for the movies next door. You can hear the explosions while your trying to watch your movie. Then the projector broke… twice. The managers response «When this usually happens we have to… When this usually happens? That means this happens often. Why don’t you fix it?
This place needs to be gutted and built from scratch. Movie theaters have come a long way since the 80s. But Bow tie cinema does not seem to realize it

Came today to see A Walk in the Woods. I kind of agree with other reviewers, screens could be bigger. Seats were very uncomfortable for my dad. They need a serious upgrade. Otherwise, an average okay theater.

Needs cleaning bad ! However it is good to see they still employ people who issues and also nice to see they have updated there ticket to included fandango witch is nice to bad the ice cream shop near by is closed used to be great to hit the movies n here

Came to see the avengers with my brother. There was no one at the concession stand before the movie started so I had to get up from the most uncomfortable seats in the middle of a movie I couldn’t even see because of how small the screen is just to get some popcorn and soda. I walk up to the concession stand and this employee just goes «what do you want?» In the bitchiest voice I’ve ever heard. I ask for two popcorns and drinks and she gives me a death stare and then she spits in my popcorn and acts like I didn’t see it!!! I try to complain but apparently the manager wasn’t there. On the way out after the movie, this same employee is sweeping and she just throws the broom on the ground and leaves. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

This movie theater is really falling apart. The seats are tiny and uncomfortable, the screen is small, and tickets are expensive. Worth the drive to Garden State Plaza for a better experience.

Great theater. New releases in main theater older ones in other. Tuesday night optimum gets 2 free tickets.
