The home warranty company was the one who guided me to this company. Setting up the appointment was ok… got a call back within 2 hours and somebody was out to look at the house the following day. He took the time to really find the problem. I was told that the issue was going to be submitted to the home warranty company the following morning and they should know something that same day. I am now on day 5 and have not heard anything back. The home warranty company is also trying to get in touch with them. I have left 3 messages and the mailbox is now full. We are in Houston and it’s over 100 degrees and our house is stuck around 80 degrees. if you are wanting some fast action help, this is not the company to call.

We have been lucky to have Royal Flush A/​C & Heating sent to us from our home warranty service several times. They are always so professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Whenever we have to call in a claim with our home warranty over the years, we request that they send Royal Flush.
