I purchased an inexpensive refurbished Samsung Galaxy S4($ 129) from the AT&T online store. It showed up in perfect condition. I was told to take it to the store to activate it as a Go Phone. I don’t do alot of streaming over the mobile network, so I opted for the $ 40/month Go Phone plan(1.5GB data at 3G or better speed). So I did. I walked into the store and Paul walked up and introduced himself. I explained what I needed and he got going. Paul spent a lot of time as he worked his magic rescuing my existing number from the Tracfone pit of despair. He was helpful, professional, personable, friendly, and he knew what he was doing. Paul is awesome. It took Tracfone 30 minutes to release my number. LOL. Paul had everything setup and done shortly after that. He setup the basic account and put everything in place for me to initialize the phone at home. When I powered the phone up the next morning, it was perfect. Everything worked. Hours later I finished reloading accounts and apps. It all worked perfectly. Thanks Paul!

The worst customer service! Three employees left me and another customer standing there while they chatted. When one finally acknowledged that we were there, it was to rudely advise that it was going to be 20 – 30 minutes before we would be helped. It was clear they wanted us to leave since it was 30 minutes to closing time. Well, I did leave and will take my business and money elsewhere.

I went in to buy a couple of accessories for my new phone. I was pointed in the direction. After that was nothing. If I needed to be signed in to pay than he should’ve signed me in. I waited 20 minutes. Standing there and feeling like a fool. I will purchase my accessories online and never go back. This is not the first experience like this at the location.

Heather the manager was very helpful and professional. My experience was in and out. AT&T had shipped me the wrong order, and the manager of the store Heather made the transaction painless and ended up with the right phone. I don’t know why so many negative comments! People need to relax and take a chill-pill.

I realize that the folks at the store have no control over products, contract terms or pricing. Therefore their only real purpose is to provide a good customer service experience and to help the customers handle problems concerns and purchases. They absolutely fail in every respect when it comes to customer service. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by helping you after you have waited forever to get help. They are lazy and instead of trying to actually assist, they try to push you off to the 800 number and tell you that you can handle the call from home that they have other people to help. If I wasn’t locked into a contract I would definitely leave ATT solely because of the people at this Kingwood location. Spread the word.

Monday we were told we could get 4 Galaxy S4 minis if we traded in our old phones from Verizon. The only other phones sold for a decent price are crappy knock-offs or the new $ 200 models. Went through the whole transaction, and it wasn’t until everything was signed and done that the employee told us they only had one in stock and we would have to have the other two delivered to our house. She also told us it would take till Tuesday or Wednesday to arrive. Since everything was said and done we didn’t have any choice but to agree. We got an email on Tuesday that stated it wouldn’t even ship out for two days, and we noticed they had put the wrong address. We call to change the address and were assured that since they had not been shipped it was not too late to change the address, which the same employee told us she had done. She said she called the store to see if they had received new shipments but they hadn’t so again, we had no choice to wait. I even tried calling the store directly and the manager confirmed they hadn’t received any more shipments of the S4 minis. It is now Thursday, and we got another email stating the phones had been shipped… still to the wrong address. We called again to tell them and the rep said she changed it, but this has delayed the shipping dates. We are now sitting at having to wait a week to get the phones on top of the week we already have been waiting for them. We called the store again today and the lady there said they still didn’t have any in stock, and when we threatened to cancel they had one pink S4 mini that apparently appeared by magic in their inventory. None of the people we’ve spoken to were helpful. I am the one that has to be without a phone now, and all of this could have been avoided had they just told us from the beginning that they didn’t carry that many copies of the phones. Our only choice now is to wait, take a crappy knock-off brand, or lose money cancelling our service and trying somewhere else. We can’t even go back to Verizon! Hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a wireless company. The employees are under-trained and have absolutely no customer service skills. If we could afford to throw away the money we would leave the company altogether!

First of all att itself has become a nickel and dime you to death company with the most ridiculous customer service ever! But aside from the company the store employees here are the worst. I upgraded my phone yesterday and while trying to get though the process I was constantly having to find the service rep assisting me because he was too busy running around flirting laughing and giggling with the other female employees. I will drive out of my way if I HAVE to go back to an att store in the future but I think I will eventually go prepaid. So tired of big company bullshit

I’ve been in this location before, and all the associates seem to «know it all» so one day i tried to act stupid when speaking to one of them. I previously worked at Apple and know more than the average person about Apple products. I decided to test the employee. WOW! He did nothing about bad mouth Apple and told me to go with the Samsung Galaxy because it would do what i wanted and more. Truth is, he told me things that the iPhone will not do which was incorrect information. I understand people have their opinions about each product, but to completely bad mouth a company is unacceptable. My mom wanted to upgrade her phone to an iPhone yesterday, and i told her NOT to come here because of my experience. If you want to upgrade to an iPhone, please go to an Apple store or Best Buy.
