Specialties
Lily’s offers three spacious guestrooms with remodeled dedicated baths, 1 private and 1 shared. We blend modern comfort within historic walls– located at the Elisha Reynolds House (c1736−1829) in the historic village of Kingston, we provide off-street parking, European-style continental breakfast weekdays, full breakfast to order on weekends, and a great location with walking distance to the main campus of the University of Rhode Island, a 15 minute drive to downtown Newport, and the beautiful beaches of the South Coast from 10 – 30 minutes away.
History
Established in 2011.
Ann and Catherine bought the Elisha Reynolds House in January 2011, lovingly remodeled and rejuvinated the home through June of that year and opened as a B&B in August. Exterior projects and the gardens are still under development, but the interior has reclaimed its grand past as one of the oldest manor homes in the village. As frequent visitors to B&B’s in the US and abroad, loving to entertain and meet new people from all walks of life, Lily’s has been a great new adventure!
