I have been frequenting this Starbucks daily for the past several weeks as I prepare for an exam. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. I enjoy the location, store and staff so much. It’s not easy to find a quiet place to read and study; this Starbucks provides that. Thanks to Steve and the entire staff for making it feel like home for the past 8 weeks.

I keep wanting to like this location, as it is the only Starbucks in the area, but I have to say, they do not uphold the Starbucks name. Service is incredibly slow, as all of their attention is on the drive through window. I often spend half of my lunch break waiting for a cup of coffee. Drinks taste different every time you order. They are consistently behind on restocking the service bar (napkins, sugar, milk, etc). Overall it is not clean or a happy environment.
The reason I love Starbucks is for the fact that I can expect the same delicious cup of coffee, the same friendly service, and the same cleanly atmosphere anywhere I go. Sadly this location doesn’t hit the mark.
We all know I will go there anyway, as it is all there is in town… But each time, I will grumble as I walk through the exit, 15 minutes later, with a mediocre cup of Joe.

Nice friendly staff. Good coffee. However, their sound systems blasts so loud, conversations ate next to impossible! Lately it has looked slightly run down with leaking windows when it rains, side tables stained and sticky and the furniture arms too.

This was a pretty cool spot, as pretty much all Starbuck’s tend to be. Something went wrong with my order, causing it to be an extra 10 minute wait, due to the computer system not sending it for some reason. Still though, it’s not like they did that on purpose or something and all of the staff members were really friendly, the entire time I was there. I definitely had a nice time being here :)

The drinks are great as usual, except the barista staff here has some serious attitude issues. Avoid the shaved/​balding short queen, with glasses. He likes to toss lids at customers, and has a general bad disposition. Everyone else was kind.

Gold members get refills free, decent wifi and most of the staff are friendly.
The manager was picking up the dining area and tried to take the sugar packets I have on the table for my almost full pot of press Verona. I told him nicely I will put back any I don’t use but I like it sweet. He reached to gather them anyway and said you don’t need all of them though. I said yes I do, and he stopped. he should know from all my visits I drink slowly. I thought the last part, saying it would be ruder than was.

I love Starbucks and unfortunately this is the only one in my area. After ordering a grande frappaccino, i received what looks like a small sized drink. Once my gift card runs out then i doubt i’ll come back.

Needing a spot to while away a couple of hours while waiting for a business meeting, I found this cozy little Starbucks in Kingston, NY. Excellent free wi-​fi service! Plus, the egg salad sandwich wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately, the music was a little too loud for telephone conversations. But I enjoyed listening to Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris, and Lucinda Williams while I worked.

I’m a Starbuck’s addict so I frequented them often! Staff is always nice and I loved the seating area with free books you could sit and read. It was a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve since moved out of the area but I still stop in when I’m in the area. The drive thru is handy and moves fairly quickly.
