I’ve got to say, I always think treating your customers with respect when they walk in and spend a considerable amount of money, at your store. The older man who is usually there is very pleasant to deal with but I find the woman there to be kind of rude. If you feel the need to be rude(a few days before thanksgiving), please don’t work in retail. The place is packed with a selection but they need a bigger space. It’s very hard to move around in, without fear of knocking something over.

This place is an absolute dump. Disorganized. Ridiculously high prices. Plus it literally stinks. Literally it smells like grease and dirt. These owners should be ashamed. It should receive zero stars.

I’ve been here several times in the past few years, and I have always had a decent experience here. The first time I wasn’t looking for anything particular but I did notice they had an extensive wine selection. The second time I came in I was looking for a specific mead brand that I had been searching for the entire day. I had been pretty frustrated until I saw exactly what I had been looking for all day within about 30 seconds. I also bought several Christmas gifts here and found everything I needed. They have low end as well as high end brands and overall always seem happy to help you find what you’re looking for. My only problem is the way everything is organized in the store. It seems like boxes and bottles are just stacked in piles everywhere in a very confusing way. I know it’s a small place but the stacks make it seem smaller. I have definitely almost tripped over something on more than one occasion. The store front also isn’t exactly welcoming; there’s just more boxes in front of the windows and it’s hard to discern sometimes if they’re even open. If they work on the organization I think it could help customers find what they’re looking for more easily without having to worry about falling on their faces.
