Creative Surfaces ripped me off for nearly $ 4000. I ordered tile that never showed and after two months demanded my money back. Owner Shane Mulstay’s check bounced and I am still trying to recover my money. Stay far away, I’m hardly the only one that lost their money with this crook. Check the Better Business Bureau’s website, you will see that not only has Mulstay not responded to 5 complaints, he has also been arrested for grand larceny.
