Established in 2011.

May of 2011 owner Jeremy Copeland opened Copeland’s for his love of the nostalgia of the 50’s and 60’s. After 10 years of working for Pepsi Cola he decided to open his life long dream a 50’s diner where he could spread his love of great food, classic cars and great music!

Business Owner

Jeremy worked for Pepsi Cola from the age 20 to 31 before deciding to open his life long dream of a 50’s diner. He has always been into music going back to high school where he played clarinet and sax. He would be offered full Scholarships to Tennessee Tech, University of Florida, and Troy University before he would accept the University of Tennessee’s offer where he was part of The Pride of the Southland band. On top of cooking and managing Copeland’s he is the manager and lead vocalist of Knoxville Tn based band The Juke Joint Drifters
