I was recommended to dr clerico from my family physician. My appt wait time was normal and the Dr. was great. My issue is that my initial appt was only 6 minutes long and I was billed for a surgical procedure on top of my consult visit because he looked up my nose with a tube. To me that should be included in the initial consultation not an extra charge. In the 3 weeks since my consultation, which he recommended surgery I’ve had numerous phone calls from his office ladies looking for money. I called for an explanation and the billing lady was extremely rude and offered no explanation.
The Dr. Himself was fine. Knowledgeable. Personable. But afterwards, all they care about is your wallet. Front office personnel need née personalities and learn how to interact with patients.
