Used this company this weekend for a wine tour for my best Friends bachelorette party. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. Chuck was incredibly hospitable and our driver john was amazing. Highly recommend this company!!! Thank you !!

When booking, we were told a 15% tip would suffice… so we had the money all ready and when we handed the money to the driver, he counted it and said… NO I GET 20%. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. We haven’t used them since.

I have been using Casanova Carriage for over 15 years for both business and personal excursions and have never been disappointed. The cars or limos are always spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained. The drivers are always very professional and are also extremely flexible should any passenger need a rest stop. All in all, the best service on the road, for a very fair price…

I am glad I went with my gut feeling on Casanova Carriage. I won’t go into the dreary details, but from the moment I first inquired about booking a limo I encountered a negative, short and unprofessional vibe from email interactions to me. In the end, I decided to politely expressed releasing the dates we had discussed just in case the company had reserved something for me anyway, but of course, the rudeness and unprofessional-​ism toward me in the last email to me was a shame. I did like the fleet offered by the company and there was a potential business relationship I could have had with them as I will be doing many many events over in the Catskills. I advise not to book your car and limo needs with this company.

I hired a town car recently from Casanova for a trip from Woodstock NY to JFK Airport. The price quoted was $ 225 including tax, tolls and tip. This was generally the same deal offered by other care services in the area. The car was a standard Lincoln Town Car, of recent manufacture, and the driver was pleasant, although a bit chatty. When we arrived at the airport, I was handed an invoice for $ 225 PLUS tax and a mandatory 20% tip of $ 45. When I returned from my trip, I called Casanova to ask why the price was different from what I was quoted. I was told that the owner would return the call to handle my inquiry. More than a week has passed and I’ve heard from no one. I would recommend avoiding this company.
