Horrible, I went in to get my bangs cut. I showed the girl a picture of what my bangs are suppose to look like. She then chopped off all my bangs in one quick snip. There was no checking to see if anything was even no method to it. Just gone. My bangs are now ridiculously short, uneven, choppy, and don’t go to the side like they are suppose to. They look nothing like the picture I showed her and the worst part is she thought she did a good job. There’s no fixing this because they are already too short so now I have to clip my bangs back until the grow in.

I live in Brooklyn but I was up state for the weekend and needed my hair done. My brown roots were making my blonde hair sad. I called made an appointment for the same day. I checked in and waited five minutes and was taken in. Kate and I spoke about what I wanted and what I didn’t want. I was nervous when she was asking her coworker advice because she seem unsure but in the end I was more than satisfied. She had knowledge of color and went with her education and my hair came out awesome. The appointment took an hour more than it was supposed to but that was due to a lot of discussing my color. In the end I had partial high lights and then Kate toned my hair to make the color uniform and take out the ugly yellowish brassy tones in the blonde I arrived with. Overall I’m really happy and would go back to Kate again. She wasn’t talkative but I liked that. She was focused and professional.

In a follow up visit I had the other day, I ended up getting a nice haircut with an employee who tailored my hair. I felt like I was a cow being butchered. Although I took the pain, the employee was super-​rough to my scalp; so much that I felt like telling her «Are you going to marinate and tenderize my scalp too?». Though she cut it to the right length I wanted, I really didn’t like the way she attempted the cut.
She only messed up big time in two major spots near my forehead where she left 2 huge «gashes» of baldness near my scalp. I know I’m going bald in places, but her cut really did me in. This might have been the last time I go to you.

I have been getting my hair professionally colored at this salon for about 6 months. I previously went to their salon in Danbury for years. It is a family business and they aim to please. This salon looks great, I love how clean it is. My hair is long and one length with angles around my face, I usually get a good cut 90% of the time. They are happy to redo a cut or color if you are unhappy.

Usually get my cut here. Happy with the results 99% of the time.

UGHHHHHH i went in there for a bang trim. i specifically said that i just wanted a small cut/​even out for my bangs, no texture not above my eyebrows, the woman who cut my hair assured me that she was an expert. Unfortunately she was wrong. She butchered my bangs~!! they are significantly above my eyebrows and are very short in the middle. she textured them so much that they look like a 5 year old went after my hair with a pair of safety scissors. HORRIFYING i cried the next day when i saw how f-​ed up my hair is. i know it will grow back but it’s going to be a painful week or 2. i guess you get what you pay for with a 4 $ bang trim. BANGERS BE WARE!!!
