A&T Healthcare specializes in all aspects of home care. Post-​hospitalization assessment, home care aides to assist with personal care and light environmental care, private duty skilled nursing for both adults and pediatrics, hi-​tech nursing (wound care, IV teaching and care), live-​in home aides for patients who cannot live alone, therapists to assist in recovery at home (physical, occupational, speech therapy and medical social work), care coordination, service coordination and HCSS for Traumatic Brain Injury and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Medicaid Waiver programs.

Established in 1984.

A&T Healthcare was established in Rockland County, NY by two Registered Nurses who envisioned a need for «Home Healthcare with Dignity» which became and remains the business motto

Margaret O. is the President and Administrator of the A&T Healthcare, LLC. Margaret is a graduate of Pace University with a BBA in Public Accounting. Margaret has been with A&T Healthcare since its inception in 1984
