History

Established in 1994.

The SleepZone Mattress Centers opened its first location on the Bristol Highway in Johnson City in 1994. The Kingsport location opened the following year in 1995 in a shopping center on Stone Drive behind Hardees.

In 2006, property was purchased at 2440 East Stone Drive next to Lowe’s and a new 6000 square foot showroom was built to offer our customers a more modern and relaxed atmosphere in which to shop.

The SleepZone Mattress Centers believes highly in giving back to the community and regularly donates mattress sets to local agencies that are in need of them for their clients. We also established a «Give Back» Program where, during certain sales, we donate a portion of our proceeds to local charities.
