History

Established in 1980.

Founded in the early 80’s by Richard A. Spivey, Spivey, King & Spivey, LLP is a general practice trial law firm. In 2012, the firm was established in its current form as Spivey, King & Spivey, LLP when Matthew A. Spivey returned after practicing law in Atlanta, Georgia and joined his father and J. Matt King to form Spivey, King & Spivey, LLP. The firm is comprised of four trial attorneys and handles criminal defense, personal injury and family law matters.
