Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered a pizza last night and it was TERRIBLE. It was undercooked and diguisting. I have a baby at home and didn’t have the energy to go back out last night so I called today and the manager said since I called today and not last night, there was nothing he could do. The manager’s name was Austin and he was completely rude. He didn’t offer to make it right in any way. I will NEVER order from them again!

This was the worst pizza restaurant I ever encountered. The rudest people work there. I called in for a pizza to be delivered to my house and I live less than 30 secs from cook valley rd and they refused to bring me the pizza even though they had delivered to me more than one occasion and the man I spoke to was rude and he hung up on me. Not to mention I call the corporate office they didn’t return my calls. The service was so awful I ended up reporting there store to the better business bureau. I mean the delivery policy was broken the first time they delivered to my home, and they hung up on me I just felt like I didn’t matter as a customer. There pizza is good but the customer service was horrible
