VERY VERY MISLEADING!!! Ordered the Mollie Thompson’s Crazy «FOOSBALL» Sampler Bag. The problem is THEY ARE NOT FOOSBALLS they are children’s super bouncy balls (you know the ones you get in the quarter dispensers) I paid almost $ 30 (thats including the $ 10 charge for shipping that cost them $ 5) — Out of 9 balls 2 were real foosballs. They are called the
online you would think they would sell real foosballs? lol Their customer service is HORRIBLE. When I called to have this cleared up they simply argued with me the whole time how they ARE foosballs (when they clearly are not) When I realized the conversation was going nowhere I simply said I want to return them. She promptly replied I would only get store credit! When I told her that was fine with me her whole attitude changed (funny huh) And they didnt have anything to say about the fact that I paid $ 10 for $ 5 shipping. AFTER this transaction I will never do business with them again, had they handled the situation differently and tried to resolve the problem instead of just arguing with me… this review would have been MUCH different.
