Top of the World Limousine

I used Top of the World for my Long Island Bachlorette Wine Tour. There were some issues with a vendor I had previously booked, leaving me to scramble last minute, but it ended up working out when I found Top of the World. They were friendly, understanding and accommodating, especially considering I booked last minute. Their vineyard recommendations were great, as was their recommendation on where we should pick up some grub for our picnic lunch. The driver was friendly enough, providing good service without being too much in our business. And, best of all, they upgraded our car for free! I can’t speak to the other services that they provide, but I would certainly recommend them for a Long Island Wine Tour!

We used Top of the World Limo for a Long Island vineyard tour. Craig was wonderful to speak with on the phone and made everything very easy. He recommended several vineyards we should try, and even suggested how much time/​how many we would want to visit in one afternoon.
We rented an 8 – 10 passenger limo for a Saturday, and the driver was very prompt (10 minutes early!). When we walked outside to find the limo, we were suprised to see that we had received a complimentary upgrade to a much larger, fanicer limo (sorry, not good with brand names, but it was an awesome surprise). Our driver was super accomodating when we had to change our schedule around, was always friendly and patient, and treated us excellently.
Wonderful time and wonderful service.

I used this company for several airport trips. I won’t do that anymore. On my last pickup, the driver went to the wrong airport. It ended up with him shouting at me on the phone that I must be an idiot who doesn’t know where I’m standing…
I’ve been a frequent traveler for YEARS and if there’s one thing I do know, it’s my way arround all three NY area airports!
By the time it was all sorted out, it was 4 hours later, and I was in a taxi headed home. When the office called the next day, they were apologetic for the mistake — and told me that it was clearly the driver’s error. Unfortunately, they failed to make reparations of ANY kind, and were not even interested in refunding me the difference between their fare, and what the taxi cost. The only thing they offered was an apology and a «shrug». In my opinion, not even close to sufficient.
I’d avoid this company — especially if you expect to converse with one of their drivers in English…
