Have a new Frigidaire side by side refrigerator. In about 3 months into the warrantee, I called Sears to fix a few situations I had. The doors were not hung evenly, the machine made so many loud noises and there was ice build up in the refrigerator bin. The Sears man said the noises were normal. He fixed the doors and replaced the computer. Then only 4 days after the year warrantee, my freezer stopped working. Everything defrosted. I called Frigidaire and they told me that no one was available to come until 4 days later. I asked for phone numbers of the repair people so I could call directly. I called All Pro… as I was in the extended warrantee period. WOW. the lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. she said she would even take care of the paperwork so I didn’t have to call back and forth for the info and they would be able to come the same day!!! Ken was awesome, he found the problem fairly quickly and explained it all to me. any questions I asked, he answered politely in a way I could understand. AND my refrig doesn’t make all those noises any more… just the normal one or two… I WOULDRECOMMEND this company and Ken!!!

I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator a little over a year agp. I was experiencing a large buildup of ice in the refrigerator compartment. Electrolux sent out a repair company that showed up 3 hours late and arrived with no tools, diagnosed my problem and said he would return in 3 to 5 days when the part came in. 2 weeks and many unanswered phone calls later the manufacturer sent out All Pro Appliance who not only showed up as scheduled but diagnosed the problem with my unit and to my surprise had the part needed in their truck inventory. All Pro Appliance was a pleasute to work with, professiomal and knowledgeable and explained my problem in terms I could easily understand. I would and have recommended this company to family and friends.
