Lisa was a wonderful therapist, thoroughly knowledgeable with body anatomy, science as well as holistically. She has a special Zero method that she works with which left my body (and mind) feeling like a new woman! I appreciate Lisa’s therapy and wish I lived closer to have her work on my post natal body again. Highly, highly recommend!

Made an appointment on an annual ski trip. They accommodated three of us same day! Soothing and relaxing waiting area. I had an hour and a half massage with Travise! Oh my goodness… it was awesome! She didn’t just give the routine massage she found all the trigger points and worked out so much pain. I loved it and if I lived anywhere near here I would definitely book routine appointments. She knows her stuff! The range from hard pressure to light pressure and everything in between was perfect.

I just had the best massage of my life. Thank-​you, Travese. Even better, so did my wife, thanks to Naomi! Travese found all the right spots and worked them out. I felt like she knew exactly what I needed– I also felt like if I’d needed something completely different, that’s what she would have done. Truly an amazing experience!

My boyfriend and I were referred to Linda and Kris for massages by a friend of Kris’s. They were the perfect fit for us each; both very professional and in good spirits with healthy vibes.
My boyfriend loved chatting with Kris through their session, he is a talker and loves to make people laugh so it sounds like they enjoyed each other’s company; he also really liked the massage as well, he has only had a few and said it was his best yet!
Although I practice body/​healing work myself, it’s very hard for me to relax when getting massages. Linda’s hands were incredible and she taught me how to use my healing powers on myself to open us my muscles and relax. It was amazing and I learned some things from her as well!
We cannot wait to go back!

Kris is amazing and incredibly sweet. She is so welcoming and the vibe of the whole place relaxes you instantly… But that’s not the best part. Kris is hands down one of, if not THE BEST masseuse that I’ve ever experienced. I won’t go to Tahoe without seeing her from now on…

Linda Witherspoon– Best.Massage.Ever.Period. My wife and I have been seeing Linda for 10+ years. We are both massage veterans (Spas, resorts, hotels, retreats). We only debate which was the 2^nd best massage we’ve experienced. Linda is always #1. This experience is for you if you can appreciate an intuitive, technically perfect massage. You will not look at massage the same way again.

I’ve had several massages in my day but today I think I had the best massage ever. Kris was excellent technically and I really wish I had booked more than 60 mins with her. She really focused on my problem areas and left a little time at the end for whatever I wanted.
She was also really flexible with the time as we arrived a couple of mins late but still gave us our full time.
I’ll definitely be coming back here when in Tahoe!

Got the best deep-​tissue massage ever from Emily. Would highly recommend her as a therapist. (Go for the hour and a half treatment, for sure). Was able to make an appointment on a holiday weekend less than 24 hours in advance. My only complaint is that I don’t live in the area… if I did, I’d make a point to have a monthly deep-​tissue.

Emily is AMAZING! She gave me a deep tissue sports massage which she specializes in, and it was the best one of my life. I was in a state of zen for an hour after. So so good. I wish I lived here so I could see her every week.

Needed two 90 minute massages at the same time to kick off our weekend. Prompt courteous return call from Emily and we were all booked. The setting is lovely, clean, professional and more than that… Has a great peaceful positive vibe.
Emily’s 90 minute Swedish massage was one of the best I have ever had! I was seriously in good hands and when in Tahoe will go back. Naomi worked on my friend, and she also raved that Naomi was one of the best! Great place. Great people. Great massages. I say go!

At the risk of sounding like a «Massage Snob», I get massages pretty frequently at a wide variety of places across the globe. I mention this because I want to give some context to my comments. I have encountered a wide range of results with those massages. Sometimes, the more expensive and exotic treatments end up being sub-​par and thoroughly disappointing. In contrast, the less expensive massages often end up being the more satisfying experiences. «Body Solutions» qualifies as one of the best massage options in Lake Tahoe.
Lake Tahoe is, arguably, one of the most amazing places in the US. As a primo tourist destination, there is no shortage of nice places where people can find a quality massage. Although my wife and I enjoy the spas we regularly visit, we were looking for someplace new that was highly regarded (good reviews), nearby, and reasonably priced… in that order. This place satisfies all 3 of those requirements.
I found this business through Unilocal and we decided to give it a try. We both received 90 minute massages that were exquisite. The surroundings, the technique, and the overall ambience were top-​notch. The staff are very professional — confident and pleasant to talk to.
I could wax philosophic about the setting, the gentle background music, etc., but it boils down to this: When a trusted friend recommends a place — spa, restaurant, vacation destination, etc. I ‘always’ ask two questions… «If you could do it over again, would you?» … and «Are you eagerly anticipating a return to that place?»
In our case, the answer to both of those questions is the same — Absolutely!!!

My daughter and I had massage at Body Solutions at The Sanctuary– and we had a great experience. I had a 90 minute massage with Kristine. My daughter was with Naomi. The Sanctuary is bright and peaceful. Kristine and Naomi were friendly and professional, putting us both at ease immediately. The massage rooms are airy, pretty and tranquil. Kristine is knowledgeable. My massage was wonderful. The products she used felt good and smelled wonderful. I get massages often and this one was a cut above. Naomi did a great job with my daughter. We both left relaxed and happy.
I would definitely recommend body work here!

Went to «Body Solutions» today for the first time and this will not be my last! Kristine was there to greet and I felt immediately at ease, the energy was relaxing and positive. I have regular massages and I was very impressed with the work done on me. There were wonderful smells, background music and lovely people. I am only sorry that I am not near enough to make this place a regular event, but will be back when we return to Tahoe.

My girlfriend and I came up to incline village for a quick mid week get away and called yesterday for appointments today. They accommodated us and not only that but Linda and Kristine were both so skilled and so wonderful. My gf and I have both had many many massages in our lives and would rank these ladies at the top of the list in skill and spirit. This is the go to spot in north Lake Tahoe!

One of the most amazing massages I’ve ever received. They fit my gf and I in the night prior with an early morning time slot. they hit all of my pressure points, were attentive and not over-​bearing. Consistently asked for feedback and respected boundaries of comfort. An amazing holistic experience, mind body and soul all feel relaxed. I would return here in a second!

Called the morning of and Naomi was able to squeeze three of us in the afternoon, yay! Both her and Kris were super nice and friendly. Naomi was amazing! She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure is good, and worked out some of my knots. We were staying just a 5 minute walk down the street, so this place was perfect, and the price is very reasonable. Thanks!
