Soph N Bean Pet Sitting

Soph N Bean is absolutely incredible! Jacques took such great care of my pet while we were gone. He went above and beyond what I’ve experienced with pet sitters in the past. He took an empty box that we had laying around and built a «cave» for our cat. To me, this showed that he wasn’t just making sure our cat was fed and litter was emptied but made sure he was comfortable until we could return. Our cat still lays in it every night!

We found Soph N Bean at the last minute through an internet search. Our situation was somewhat unique. Our 7 month old Goldendoodle puppy had just gotten neutered. Since he had a cone on his head, I didn’t trust him to be crated or left alone quite yet; he has a lot of separation anxiety! I was looking for someone that could stay with our pup for a few hours in the morning while I worked. I contacted Jacques asking if this would be something he could accommodate. He was very responsive and great to work with! Since it was so last minute, we set up a phone interview so he could learn about our dog and his needs. Jacques is extremely kind, and right away I could tell he is a big animal lover! He was a huge last-​minute lifesaver for us, and overall, a pleasure to work with! We will definitely keep him in mind for future services.

They’re fully bonded and insured, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and distinguished them from other pet sitting services. He always texts updates and pictures, which is an added, personal touch. The prices are reasonable for the quality of care and attention that you receive. Overall, I’d highly recommend them for any and all of your pet care needs!
