History

Established in 1996.

Petrucci’s opened at Nor-​View Farm 670 N Henderson Road in March 1999. We are open March through the 3rd week of October. In 2005 we added ice cream catering featuring different menus to fit your needs. This has become a very popular choice for business and personal parties. Employee appreciation, customer appreciation birthday parties, graduation parties and wedding receptions.

The ice cream here is great! I had the pink lemonade water ice with coconut ice cream on top and it was divine! I kind of wish I just got the ice cream but this was probably a smarter decision since it was SO filling and the sizes are so generous! Definitely a bang for your buck! I had a blast feeding the goats too! So cute!

I love the ice cream and the cute animals. My family from out of state always request to come here for an after dinner treat. I usually walk here to burn off the calories from eating my favorites. The coconut and tiramisu ice cream flavors are worth the two mile walk.

Petruccis is a cool ice cream shop located in the township park and petting zoo. In addition to selling ice cream, petruccis offers hot dogs and other novelities. I’m a huge fan of their milk shakes, and I always make sure to stop and look at the animals while I’m there. They have goats, chickens, bunnys and some other livestock. They also have a nice nursery where you can get plants, as well as limited mulching supplies.
They have a punch card for frequent ice cream eaters that gets you free ice cream after 10 visits!

If you come in the day time, enjoy the farm animals; goats, bunny and chickens.
They have a small nursery onsite. I noticed there’s a loyalty program for the nursery. Impressive for the visible size of the operation.
Next to the ice cream stand, they sell spring water refills. Bring your 5-​gallon jugs and fill each up for 50¢.
I’ve continued to order gelatis. The mango water ice is very subtlety flavored. They offer two cherries. One is a richer, dark cherry, and the other is a bright red. I like them both.
They offer chocolate, vanilla, twist soft serves, also an orange soft serve, ~10 or so hand dipped ice creams, various sundaes, chocolate bananas and bunch of other cold treats!

This is honestly like the best ice cream place in the world. It’s like King of Prussia’s little known secret. One single scoop is enough to make everything right in the world. I think the best thing about Petrucci’s is that their flavors are so delicious and you’d never even want to buy ice cream from anywhere else. I wish I could have a scoop every day. ;-)

Very good place to spend and evening outside in King of Prussia. The ice cream and water ice is good. They sell self serve spring water. There is a plant nursery across the parking lot and I buy lots of plants there.
The playground is a huge with with the kids as is the animal feeding and petting zoo.
Horses and cows in the pasture give the boys something to awe at.
Go and have a blast.

How did I not discover this place until now??? I used to live near here and I didn’t know it existed! Anyways, found this gem this weekend. If you’re looking for fresh ice cream with any combination of toppings, this is the place. It’s on a cute little farm in the middle of suburbia. There are goats! Yes, goats! And the goats have a slide… and we saw one goat use it! There are also cows, cats and a resident pig. For 25 cents you may feed the animals.
This would be a great place to visit with kids. There’s a little playground and I’m sure they would love the animals. The kid in me loved it and I plan to visit again when I’m out near KOP with an ice cream craving!

Well deserved good reputation. Fresh delicious ice cream served on a farm. Tons of choices, from completely decadent, to healthy. No one will be disappointed.
I never get toppings on ice cream like this. They already have so many choices of mixed in stuff like moose tracks, cookie dough, etc. It’s worth the trip.

Reviewing this place as the whole package After all this place also has a greenhouse that sells flowers, as well as roosters roaming around the premises, billygoats, small horses, horses, and rabbits, as well as a very small children’s playground.
I loved looking at the horses as well as the billy goats, the small horses are freaky looking, like how some people get freaked out about babies because they are little people.
I went with my partner, we split up our selections so as to try the ice cream and the water ice. TBH, you can’t go wrong with either one. Water ice is 2nd best in the area behind buddy’s water ice, but above rita’s, via veneto’s and joe’s. The ice cream was very good as well, top ten but not top five, that’s a hard list to crack. The rum raisin was very enjoyable. This place gets extra points for being in KOP, with all the highways and development, it’s hard to fathom a farm still being located in the area.

Petrucci’s has cookie dough. If you get it on the chocolate peanut butter sundae and you don’t like your concoction, there is something seriously wrong with you. If you don’t acquire diabetes after wolfing it down, then you need to sell your insulin. (I’ll buy.)
The vanilla ice cream is pretty standard, but when all gussied up with the said toppings in epic portions, it’s really delicious… and greatly satisfying in this seriously stupid summer heat.
It’s also wicked adorable that Petrucci’s is down a long country road and near a barn or farmhouse. Come here and you’ll feel like a bumpkin on a first date. There are rolling hills and horses. It’s pretty adorable.

I remember coming here when it was simply Norview farms and sold scoops of ice cream from the bin (no soft serve or water ice!). Kids love coming here for the ice cream and to see the animals, and their parents love the greenhouse. They have 40+ flavors of soft serve, and water ice. I love getting the vanilla soft serve with the chocolate water ice (it has chips in it). You can definitely get a lot more adventurous (peach soft serve anyone?) but I’m boring and like to stick to the tried-​and-​true. I wish that they still had the huge selection of homemade ice cream, including the notorious Cotton Candy (come on, you know how much you love the fact that it turns your mouth blue), but I guess I’ll be trekking to Baskin and Robbins on Lancaster for that. Come here on a hot afternoon and suddenly, the weather won’t seem so horrendous.

Today I came here with friends. Had two scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Talk about refreshing and smooth — I love ice cream!
There’s a play area for kids (or you big kids out there), and you can buy flowers at a florist right in the farm. I believe there was a petting zoo too? Recommended for a bite.
