After speaking on the telephone with Microsoft representatives, it was clear that what Microsoft says on the phone is vastly different from what a retail location, such as Microsoft King of Prussia, can deliver. The staff then has a delicate balancing act of meeting customers’ needs and expectations within the constraints of customer service within the store. I found all of the staff willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got what I needed, that all my questions were answered, and that my product was perfect before I left the store. While all staff were great, a special shout out to the manager, Christopher, who was knowledgeable, helpful and, most of all, patient, to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks for everything King of Prussia Microsoft. I appreciate the service.

I purchased a Surface Pro 3 about three months ago and have had to bring it in for service/​questions multiple times. The product is great (this is not a product review), but the staff at the store are very rarely able to help you. After two people came to look at my problem (missing files needed for restart), they said that I should go to their Delaware store nearly an hour away… Just because of the customer service I will probably stay away from future products
