They screw up my order all the time, but man they are fast and friendly.

Holy smokes! I’ve never seen delivery so fast. I think it took about 11 minutes from the time I submitted my order to the knock on my door!
The foods always great, veggies always super fresh, but I hate to rate because of the quick delivery! Awesome!

Ordered as an out of towner at a local hotel. Prices are great and delivery super fast and friendly. I got the Turkey Tom and it was excellent. Ingredients were feels and the hoagie bun was great. Highly recommend!

I made a mistake, I got really mad because they messed up my sandwich,
turns out I ordered it wrong. They were very nice about it; they called me and fixed the problem.
and showed me how to do it next time.
My sandwich next time was delicious.
Pros:
Jimmy chips are delicious
fast service just like the commercials say
they will deliver only ONE sandwich no delivery minimum and no delivery charge
Cons:
online ordering form is confusing and crashes a lot.
adding extras to sandwiches really adds up in price. $ 1.50 for Avocado spread instead of mayo? ouch! there wasn’t even that much of it.
Roast beef is RARE! they advertise it that way on some of the menus, but not all. so don’t order roast beef if you don’t like bloody meat.

I’ve eaten at this location once or twice. I’ve ordered a few times and had it delivered to my office. But no more shall I have something delivered!
Lots of employees at my work get delivery from here. It’s lightning fast. But coming back from my lunch break, I see a Jimmy John’s delivery guy… He stopped his truck in the middle of the business drive blocking a lane. And was PEEING on a tree in front of my office. Ewww! I saw the truck and was going to stop to see if he needed car assistance. Not what was happening. He was handling the situation… «That’s what she said.»
So. Basically. He peed on my office and pretty sure he didn’t wash his hands.
Two stars because I did like the Sammie’s there.

My wife walked in to Jimmy Johns to order lunch for both of us. The music was blasting so loud, she couldn’t think. She called to tell me and I said to leave and buy lunch somewhere else. That’s exactly what she did. We won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Never again unless I’m starving to death. I recently seen the actual «Jimmy» on Guy Fieri’s tv show so I figured if GUY had him guest star, they must be good, right? WRONG. There’s too much negative to even list so I’ll save you the time of reading a book, haha. Long story short, waste of money and time. Every negative comment you read about this place, is true. If you have no taste buds and money to throw away, have it em!

I work in the area and am usually here a couple times a month for lunch. There’s nothing special about the sandwiches. The ingredients are generally pretty fresh but there’s hardly any meat or cheese on them at all. I usually need to take some of the meat off from most subs because it is too much but here, there’s not enough even for me.
My biggest complaint, and the reason for 2 stars, is that they almost always mess up my order, which ranges from 1 – 5 sandwiches, depending on how many coworkers order. I always order a #5 with no cap and no onions (not a difficult order) and about 7 out of 10 times something is wrong. Today, I got back to my office, opened up my sandwich only to find that there was no lettuce on it. I didn’t even say the word lettuce when I was ordering. It really tasted like I was just eating bread. Last time, it had onions on it after I just said no onions 2 seconds earlier. It always seems to be some combination of things that are on there that shouldn’t be or it’s missing something.
I think they should be more concerned with making what the customer orders rather than getting them in & out in record time. I feel like if maybe they took an extra couple seconds to double check what they are making, this could be avoided. The speedy service really doesn’t impress me when my sandwich isn’t even made right. I think from now on I need to open my sandwich in the store to check it, which kind of defeats the purpose of me going there to grab something quick.

So these aren’t real hoagies, more like sandwiches. I don’t feel guilty eating Jimmy John’s because they aren’t dripping with oil and are always nice and fresh. I order from this JJ a lot because I work in KOP and they are always friendly and fast. I do wish they would add sprouts back to their menu as well as more varieties of cheese — they only have provolone.

Stopped in randomly one day to get a take-​out order for my husband and I. I was dragging a toddler and wearing a baby and so it was obviously not ideal for me to get out and have to go in a place but we were tired of typical fast food and it was a work day. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. The menu confused me right off the bat so an employee came around the corner with a printed version and helped me figure out what to order. We got also some sort of upgraded bread and he said to the cashier not to charge us. The food was pretty good, a little more fancy than I totally like but good nonetheless.

Decent sandwiches made lightening fast. Menu rather limited but the prices are good. A very good place to grab a quick bite if you’re in a hurry, I do like their Club Tuna. Like I said the Sandwiches are decent/​good, if I am in the area and hungry I stop in but otherwise they are not so memorable that I would go out of my way to get one. They are better than the crap Subway cranks out.

Stopped in here one day for lunch to get take-​out since I was nearby. It’s a fairly small place and the menu basically consists of just subs. It smelled good when you walked in and I went with the tuna sub. About the only option I had was whether or not I wanted cheese on it. The french roll that it comes in was nice and soft and overall, I enjoyed my sub. I wouldn’t say it was anything special, but I found it to be a bit better than say a Subway or Wawa. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but I would certainly stop in again if I was in the area.

Great sandwiches, freakin fast.

A visit to Jimmy John’s always reminds me of my college days in Ann Arbor (which is a good thing for sure!). Their sandwiches never fail to be good, bread always fresh, and service consistent. It is a really small place so mostly delivery/​take out business.

The service is very efficient and the sandwiches are good. I usually get the Turkey Tom (turkey breast, sprouts, mayo, lettuce, tomato) or Big John (same except w/​roast beef minus the sprouts). If you’re an Atkins fan, you can get a sandwich wrapped in lettuce although I do believe that the French roll here is one of the nice qualities. I love Subway but stop in here every once in a while.

Jimmy John’s is a sandwich shop which we have visited many times, both for eating-​in and takeout. The sandwiches are tasty. The prices are reasonable and the service is always inviting and lightning fast. There is seating, but no large tables, requiring larger groups to split up.
One drawback to Jimmy John’s is their almost exclusive focus on sandwiches: Aside from chips and soda, they sell little else.

Gourmet? Really? This place is embarrassing.
They are definitely skimpy, whenever they have made sandwiches for no more than 5 of us at work, someones is always messed up. All I wanted was mayo on mine, it would have been nice to have the mayo AND the sauce that was supposed to come with the sandwich and I didn’t get either, despite making it clear I wanted both. I even had him read the order back to me. My sandwich was almost inedible. The bacon they put on their sandwiches is gross and undercooked and floppy, I’d say their sandwiches are worse then WaWa’s sandwiches which is pretty terrible.
To have these in the Philly area surrounded by some of the best hoagies in the country cannot be good for business. I’m really not sure how they stay in business. Maybe the actual Philly locations are better, but the conshohocken one is gross.

A couple of coworkers and I decided to take advantage of the delivery service at Jimmy John’s. We ordered online and picked our arrival time for 11:30 — 12:00. I wrote directions to meet us a a specific lobby and call my desk when they have arrived. I got a phone call exactly at 11:30. They were at the right lobby and had the order completely correct.
They don’t have a large menu but everyone seemed to be pleased with their sandwich. I had the Pepe. I was disappointed by the lack of option to choose the type of cheese you wanted. Still, it was a good hoagie. I would order from them again, especially since they deliver and were so fast.

A solid, good hoagie. It’s not the type you would crave, but if someone recommended it, you’d go back for lunch.
It kind of reminded me of Five Guys, but for sandwiches. The prices were right and the service was fast. I have to say that the bread was nice and soft.
Also, they deliver which is great. We need more delivery places in KOP.

Great Hoagies. The place is very clean and very fast. I’ve been looking for a place to grab a quick sandwich in the area, this is now my go to place.
Only downside to my experience was that they put mayo on an Italian hoagie… a definite faux pas for the area, but it was still an excellent sandwich. The price is also very reasonable.
