Dyson Service Center

Went in for my free health check. They were so nice. I needed a hose replaced. They charged just for the hose and labor was free. If you’re thinking of buying a dyson do yourself a favor and visit here first…

So he did take care of me here. My filter broke as I was trying to clean it. The guy at the service center showed me how to take it off. As soon as I got home, I tried to do it and it broke! I called him and he told me to come pick up another because my unit was under warranty. YAY for Dyson! I’m glad they stand by their products.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with dyson. It was well worth the hour drive to KOP. I had previously taken my vacuum to a local place where I was told it was an old model and they didn’t know how to fix it. At the dyson store I explained what I was seeing (suction was fine on carpet and non-​existent on wood) Bobby knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in under 10 minutes. Also, he didn’t charge me for the repair and even gave me some old replacement attachments that would have been tossed. They’ve got a customer in me for life! I’m planning to purchase one of the wall mounting units and will only purchase from them.

I have gone here several times for all 3 of my dysons and my moms dyson. The gentlemen here are always courteous, fast, and extremely helpful with all questions and concerns. Every time I’ve come here, I’m In and out in less than a half hour with a perfectly fixed vacuum. I did recently purchase a platinum cleaning and my dyson animal was almost new afterwards! Well worth the money. These guys do a great job taking care of their loyal customers. I am giving them one less star then they deserve because for some reason they temporarily stopped doing the platinum cleaning (which my canister vac needs badly) but rumor has it they are bringing it back eventually!

My husband dropped our Dyson vacuum and broke the clip that holds the battery in place. We took it to the Dyson Service Center in King of Prussia. We weren’t in the store for more than 5 minutes. They replaced the clip and didn’t charge us for anything. Now that’s great service!!!

Great service! Fixed both of our Dysons like new in just a few days. They had very nice associates at the store and were extremely courteous. Beautiful and clean store too! Definitely come here for your vacuum needs.

I find it interesting that the employees were more concerned about there lunch that was being delivered then they were about helping the customer. Besides the fact that it took 5 minutes just for them to come out and even attempt to help us. Now they don’t take cash, I’m pretty sure that’s not legal.

Had a great quick experience here Saturday. Probably took me longer to find a parking spot then actually get my dyson serviced. Came out with a completely new front put on my dyson, when it only needed a small motor. Extremely happy. This is why you purchase a dyson!!!

I normally don’t write many reviews on Unilocal but I was motivated after a great experience at the Dyson store in King Of Prussia. Bobby was extremely helpful to my wife and I, not only giving great service but taking the time to walk through the features of our Dyson with us. Most would have not spent the time but we will definitely be coming back as a result. Would HIGHLY recommend and thanks again Bobby!

I’ve decided to sell my Dyson… It was just collecting dust. Might have been a good thing, though. The Dyson Ball runs circles around the competition. But I guess no one likes vacuum jokes because they suck.

These guys were awesome… they worked fast and solved my problem. They explained everything. .I highly recommend them

After having a deep cleaning day of the house, our 2 year old Dyson stopped working. My husband and I stopped by the repair shop assuming a major repair was necessary. Our repairman, Mike, was very friendly and told us he could help us out right away. 15 minutes later, the Dyson was as good as new, complete with updated parts (not necessary for repair) free of charge! Thank you Dyson for awesome customer service!

First off, I have to say that I wasn’t aware that this place even existed. I was having issues with my vacuum and knowing that I couldn’t bring it back to Lowes for repair, I dropped it off at the place I found in Philly. This other place kept my vacuum three weeks, before they finally told me they weren’t able to fix it, but at least that guy advised me that Dyson have their own store and repair.
So I stopped by Dyson in KOP today, expecting that they would have to hold on to my vacuum for a week, and then hit me up with a heavy bill.
Talk about a pleasant surprise. The guy fixes my vacuum on the spot, and under warranty. That is the way customer service is supposed to be. While I was waiting for the repair (maybe 10 minutes), I checked out some of the other Dyson products. I’ll tell you this. With service like I had today, I wouldn’t even consider buying another brand. With Dyson you get what you pay for. The quality follows through from design, to product, to customer service. 5 stars all the way!

The repair was awesome my unit is working like its brand new. My issues are that they never called me when it was done, I had to call and check. Also I requested a cleaning and they never did it. But as far as the work they did to repair that was excellent.

Good customer service is not dead! I just had the greatest experience with a representative from Dyson in KOP. I had lost a piece on my vacuum and called to see how I could get a new piece. The guy’s name was Jim and he explained how I could either drive to the KOP mall and get one for a few bucks (ugh) or order one which would take a few days. I explained how I have 2 dogs and haven’t been able to use the tools or wand on my vacuum for 3 wks since I lost it and how my house is completely covered in hair. He asked where I lived and 3 hrs later, on his way home from work, he not only comes to my house to drop off the piece but installs it, checks out my vacuum and gives me some tips on maintaining it and then didn’t even charge me! What a genuinely nice guy. He totally went out of his way for a complete stranger and made my day. I will be sure to pass the good karma on. Thanks Jim!!!
