Giving Bailey Banks & Biddle not for service but for pricing. I had to get a replacement earring backing for a pearl stud earring and it was $ 30 for 1 earring backing. I feel like I overpaid.

Great customer service representatives at this store. They took great interest in my jewlery needs, and took the time to clarify information and answer my questions. Best of all I was not pressured into a sale. I sat and spoke with Reena for over 1.5 hours just getting to know her while she answered my questions. I would definitely recommend this store for those looking for a hassle-​free, friendly shopping experience. Guy was also very helpful and friendly with the final purchase.

I have a few things from here including my wedding band and engagement ring so I have been in this store numerous times and have never had a bad experience. Each and every one of the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Usually when I go into jewelry stores, they are rude and pushy and try to sell me more expensive things even when I tell them I can’t afford it. Not here. They are never trying to upsell me. The staff always chats with me on a personal level, even if I don’t buy something, since I go in to get my jewelry cleaned and checked often. One of my stones was loose when they checked it and they quickly fixed it no problem and free of charge. They always offer a cold water bottle. I just get a much better vibe here than any other jewelry store.

I decided to stop at BBB with my then girlfriend (now fiancé) a few months ago. We initially just went in to look at some of their watches, but our curiosity got the best of us and we ended up speaking with the most amazing consultant ever, Carolyn. My fiancé and I did not want to go the traditional route with a diamond, but instead opted for a more unique appearance. Over the course of 6 weeks Carolyn went above and beyond to help craft my fiancés dream ring. Carolyn was not only respectful of my budget, but she offered some great tidbits of advice that really made the final result absolutely stunning. If you are even considering engagement (or just want to make a custom piece), please stop in and be sure to give Carolyn a try.
