AT&T Device Support Center

Super nice and very helpful. Michah helped me and ordered me a new battery and should arrive tomorrow Friday. Although I would have liked to have the new battery on the spot there was really nothing they could have done. The other lady that was there also let my boyfriend charge his iphone bc it was dying. They were nice and helpful. I am not sure why LG has not said anything about this phone and keeping the customers updated but I do not think I will purchase another LG phone

Cameron is the single worst customer service employee I’ve dealt with in a long time.
Basically as the Note 4 battery wouldn’t hold a charge, I went to get it looked at.

Att you just lost a customer of 15 years.

My only complaint is that the service center is hard to find. I had read the other reviews on this page before going and, if I hadn’t, I don’t know that I would have found the center. It is in an office building. When I pulled into the parking lot there was one teeny, tiny little sign giving directions to the rear of the building for the Device Support Center. When I pulled around back there were no other signs indicating what door I should go into. I happened to read the small parking space signs stating «Customer parking for the AT&T Device Support Center» and that’s the only reason I was able to find the correct entrance.
Otherwise, my experience was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I found surprising since I imagine most people are super annoyed that their phones are broken and they have to come ALL THE WAY TO KOP (or Marlton) to get it fixed. WHY ISN’T THERE A CENTER DOWNTOWN??? But I digress.
The technician took about 7 minutes to attempt to fix my phone, told me I needed it replaced, then took about 5 more minutes to set up my replacement. He answered all my questions and I was on my way. Also, they are open until 8p, which, if you’re going to make people travel so far, you should be open that late.
Besides the inconvenience of having to travel so far, my experience was great. Just put up a sign so people know where they are going!

Dude, both the first two reviews seem off base to me (and I’m a customer, in no way affiliated with AT&T)! The first is probably a comment on the AT&T phone-​based customer service, not the KOP location. The second talks mostly about the location of the service center and gives it two stars for not being in Phila and being in the back of an office building! I’ve been here a couple of times and found the staff very competent, polite, with comprehensive knowledge of their phones and doing their best to help the customer. I’ve taken off one star simply because one time I had to wait much longer than I’d been told I would initially, but I suppose that’s dependent on the defect (and the workload) and not in their control.

Called today and got nowhere. Rep interrupted me and essentially passed me onto tech support for a simple question.

AT&T Device Support Center: Is this where your iPhone or Blackberry goes to die? Or will it be reborn if still under warranty?
If you have trouble with your mobile phone and use AT&T, you might need to go to a Device Support Center. I recently had a hardware issue with my mobile phone. I went to one of the many AT&T retail stores in Center City. They told me I needed to go to a Device Support Center to get the phone replace. While I was glad to hear that I would be getting a new phone since it’s under warranty, I wasn’t happy to hear that the nearest center was in King of Prussia.
Cons:
— There are no Device Support Centers in Philadelphia
— The site is in the back of an AT&T office building. An office complex is a very awkward space for what should be a commercial retail location. I can only imagine the awkwardness increasing if you stop by during a work day. When I first saw the office buildings, I really thought I was in the wrong place. After after driving around the parking lot to the back of the building, I saw the door for the support center.
Pros:
— Open 7 days a week, which is a pleasant surprise considering it’s location in an office building
If you’re AT&T phone is ever in the need of repair, hopefully you can make it out to King of Prussia.
