A warning to stay away from this company. I had a home inspected and have numerous problems that should have been picked up by a routine home inspection. The first was when our dishwasher didn’t work they said to read our contract carefully, appliances are not checked during the inspection. Are you kidding me? A home inspector that doesn’t test appliances. Next was a serious roofing issue where the builder did not install ice and water shield. Key’s response was we can only inspect what we see. I also learned later that they didn’t use a ladder and go onto the roof to inspect it. They just took some photos out of some windows for their standard report. Thanks for the $ 10,000 roof repair! Numerous other items missed that have cost me $ 30,000 out of pocket. Stay away from these folks!
