Just got here to Kileen from being stationed at Campbell and needed to get into regs but also wanted to keep my hairstyle so I came in yesterday. And Candy cutted my hair the way I wanted it and have me awesome tips to keep my hair healthy, even got a beer in the process! Defiantly found my new place at Hood to get my hair the way I want it and they gave me a new comers special for free shampoo and conditioner in the back.

This is probably the best barber shop in Killeen. If you actually enjoy having your hair look good.

From the moment I walked in they showed me nothing but quality. Awesome atmosphere from the moment you get through the door. Candy was awesome, she gave me the best haircut here. AMAZING customer service! It’s the BEST I have gotten in Killeen. I was really impressed on how personal and friendly everyone at the shop was espically Cindy. That girl did an awesome job on my pompadour cut. I absolutely love it! Not only did she take her time on the cut, but she also made sure I liked it! It was a really relaxing fridnely environment and I will definitely be going back! I fianlly found a barber shop I love.

This is our first time here getting our haircuts and it was amazing! Hella friendly environment, my barber Candy is very personable. Well maybe because she’s from the state as I am! Woot woot AZ baby! She took her time with my haircut and for first timers they hook you up with an «Overhaul» (haircut, wash with shampoo and conditioner while sitting in a massager with a hot towel to top it off) never have I experienced such awesome service getting my haircut! Will definitely come back here for future services (no pun intended).
It may seem a little pricey than the other competition especially on Fort Hood St. but it’s the overall quality of service and professionalism that makes it worth it! This establishment also provides a pomade imported from Cali that gives my hair that sporty but casual feel. I usually use Crew pomade I may end up switching here soon with my next visit. Thanks again to Unilocal for helping me find this place!!!

3 things a Man wants… Look Good, Feel Good & Sandwiches,…The Basics you can’t afford to go cheap on but you want quality for an Affordable price. I have never been disappointed with their service, if something wasn’t right… they will gladly fix it on the spot. Don’t settle for less these Ladies will earn you at their best. I am greatful to have found such a Jewel in the Fortress Hood Area.

A shop that has a wonderful owner and is definitely customer oriented. I have gotten great hair cuts here. I hear they are now giving razor shaves now but I have never had one. If you are looking for a regular place to get your hair cut then this is the place. I highly recommend that you make an appointment because this place gets pretty busy.

I’ve known the owner Krystal long before she opened this location. She’s like family to me and the feel within the shop is that of a family atmosphere. Each girl is good at their own thing so let them know what you want so they can get a barber specific to you. I’ve never had my own barber until I met Krystal, and though I’ve moved on to Germany I miss her everyday.

Great place for men’s haircuts

Great atmosphere and never had a bad haircut yet. I normally see Tammy and I have been seeing her for around a year now. I will not go to anywhere else.

Best job ever!!! I know it’s scary trying a new person with you’re hair but you will not be upset! At least come by and check out this awesome setup! Kids are welcome too of course.

I asked the lady for a medium fade and pretty much got a high and tight. It’s the day before a promotion board and I was hoping for a nice haircut. That’s not really what upset me about this visit. There was a very obnoxious guy named Brad, who as soon as I opened the door to the shop was talking loudly about taking a sh*t in the bathroom and joking with the two girls that worked there. It was very unprofessional of them to allow this guy to sit in one of the chairs making jokes and comments I did not care to hear after a very long and stressful day. As I stood up I commented about the haircut and said it was pretty messed up and I was going to have to fix it later by cutting it off. I put my jacket on and told her that I was not going to be back because of the haircut and how unprofessional it was to have that guy there. He spoke up quickly sarcastically saying «nice to meet you» and «It’s a free country I can say what I want». Even after I complained about it he was still going on and the girls didn’t speak up. I will not be back to this barber shop. I’ve never complained about a bad haircut before I was angered of the sheer rudeness this Brad guy displayed.
