Equipment old required 3 plugs. Practically drowned the carpet in water, carpet became hard when dried. Failed to clean the carpet, major spots were left. Expensive, charged me $ 150 but had no choice I was moving out and last day. Very unfriendly. Once he got his money became a jeti. Unprofessional and didn’t give appropriate receipt.
