They are polite when you are a potential consumer, but once they hook you in, you’re just another person bringing in the money for them.

So far so good. They helped us find a home and gave us the keys to view couple properties. I never really had any issues on the house but be aware that your AC filters are new when you arrive and etc. I read the move out processing and it states they need all new batteries and AC filters. I will add more as time goes about maintenance and moving out procedures.

We have moved out and the process seemed easy, just received my deposit back and I was charge for 7 days rent! and a late fee since I didn’t know we were charge rent and didn’t pay it. We moved out on the 29^th! and I gave them well over 30 days notice we were moving out. They never said nor told us we had to pay rent for October or until it was re-​rented, they said September would be our last. I don’t see why we would even have to pay for Octobers rent if we moved out on the 29^th!
