Jokers Icehouse Bar & Grill

Went there last night, sat at the bar, and received TERRIBLE service. The bartender (Ryan) was busy, but still couldn’t bother to swing by and get me another beer. I was drinking bottled beer, it’s not like it takes long to get me another drink. Even when he had a break from making drinks, he just stood at the other end of the bar.
Probably will give it one more chance, and I’ll update if I do. But for now, I would not recommend this place.

Alright so let’s get to it. It’s a small world. I seldom go anywhere in this town where I don’t see someone I know. Joker’s is a chill establishment. It’s located directly across the street from the GRK airport. Very odd location but hell, I’d probably go to the bar after a flight. I hate airports. The bartenders here are very attentive & sweet. I couldn’t tell you about the selection of drinks but they always have what I normally get so I couldn’t complain. There are quarter pool tables & a good amount of seating inside or out back. I’ve generally had a good time every time I come here. With that being said, give this place a try!

Simple and boring is what this place is good at. The openness of the layout would be nice if it wasn’t the size of a shipping warehouse. The food is bland and all fried. Be watchful of the big bartenders adding drinks to your tab.

As far as the band goes, it is great. We came here on a Friday night about 11 pm and the place was jamming. I will give this spot a second try.
Another time, we went again and they had a DJ station which the customers can select their song and sing.

Awesome bar and grill I can’t see how some said the staff is rude, they were nice to me and made a great yummy burger.

Beautiful fall Sunday Funday! Caught the last 20 min of a great cover band (didn’t get their name) in the outside patio. Bottle beer, draft beer and full bar available. Washers and picnic tables outback, pool tables inside. A nice addition to the Killeen area. Clientele ranged from families with kids to bikers, so everyone is welcome!

I only rated this bar one star because there is no zero stars option on Unilocal.The bartenders are extremely rude and the service is abysmal to say the least. The staff has no regard for customers. I will never be returning to this bar.

Always a good time. Very friendly atmosphere. And amazing food. Always plays all the games and if you want a game played they’ll put it on one of there many tvs.

First visit and it was pretty good. The establishment has quite a bit of entertainment. The only draw back is not enough craft beer selection. Would definitely repeat visit when beer selection increases.

Best place ive seen in killeen so far! Been here for over a year. People are friendly, drinks are good, and they’ve got live music!

Absolutely an AWESOME place! Great times, great food and great people. Live music on the weekends and always promises to be a great time either on a weekend or weekend. Fun events weekly like poker and karaōke. Sabrina is the best bartender EVER! This is my only go-​to place. Great atmosphere!!!

Great atmosphere, friendly and quick bartenders/​staff. A lot of beer on tap and plenty of other alcohol onto the shelves. Inside/​outside areas are huge. Food is great, try the crazy chicken! Prices are real good. Everybody is welcomed with a smile.

Recently on a Business trip through the Killeen area I stopped in for beer and wings at this place. The outward appearances looked just fine, and resembled a respectable establishment/​sole proprietor type place.
Looks are exceptionally deceptive. Between the meth’d out bartenders and unruly soldiers it was difficult to put an order in. Although it was Friday night the place was probably half occupancy. I ordered a miller lite, and they brought me a bud light. I ordered traditional wings and they brought me teriyaki wings. I went to the restroom and was shoulder checked by a soldier, when I got back to my place at the bar, my seat was taken and my food and drink shoved aside by what looked to be a local. I’m in a suit without the tie, so maybe I’m an easy target. I reach over to get my food and this guy challenges me and says «what are you doing» in slurred language. He reluctantly moved a few inches and said «go eat at that table over there, and by the way I Own this place.»
Really disappointing. The food wasn’t good at all, freezer burned. The one beer I had tasted like vinegar, and I couldn’t drink it all. When I got the check they had charged for three beers and extra celery I didn’t order. I wasn’t looking to be confrontational so I paid the check. Walking back out to my rental car I noticed that someone smashed a beer bottle off of the door, which is a good thing I had rental insurance.
Jokers needs a serious makeover, or be shutdown. It is dangerous in my opinion. Do not go here. Unless you are looking for a fight.

Great service and the best bartenders in town!!! They have Johnny Walker Blue, and the husband was pleased! They also have a nice variety of beers on draft!!! Shawn and Tim were amazing!!! They were on par and attentive! We ordered fireball BBQ wings and they were great! We also ordered fried pickles and I honestly can’t complain! The food, service and most importantly, the drinks, were great! Koodoes!!! You have to drop by and give them a try!
